The staff here are the slowest of any Tim's I've been to and won't even acknowledge your presence - so I've tried instead using the app to order ahead of time. My first attempt at doing this worked out ok, no issues. Second time I got a bagel BELT and once I got to the office with the bag I picked up I found a bagel full of rotten lettuce with what I can only describe as "lettuce juice" permeating the bagel. I have contacted support three different ways now through and provided pictures trying to get a refund on this item. All three have told me that they would get back to me within 1-2 days and a full week later my first reply came back asking me to confirm the exact location I had the issue with as they would like to forward my comments to the correct location. Zero "sorry to hear you had a problem" or "here's a coupon for a replacement sandwich" just "We're going to forward your comment to the staff there, please confirm location." Totally off Tim Horton's now as they don't seem to even care when something as abysmal as rotten food leaves...
