If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to this restaurant on Aug 6th at about 730pm. the service was great, and I got my order in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken sandwich was recommended by my friend. As I finished the first half of my sandwich, I took a bite out of the second half and realized their was a HUGE insect sticking out of my sandwich. It was brown and had its wings sticking out. There was no way that either one of the workers could miss the insect as they were preparing the sandwich. I spat my food out and made my way to the cashier who was just as shocked. she gave me a refund and a $20 gift card. the gift card was a nice gesture but I WILL NOT be returning back here. I went ahead and informed Fraser health/food safe of the incident. this was unacceptable. I should've taken a picture when I had the chance but the lady was quick to throw the sandwich away in the garbage. I definitely recommend you to check your sandwich before taking a bite...

Asked for avocado, as one of the options for salad. they were out, that’s fine, however when I asked if they could give me a scoop of guacamole one of the staff said yes, then another staff member stoped him. She said to me that they couldn’t because they were trying to ration it. I asked why it would matter if I am paying for it ? What you would be rationing for? She said their is a shortage or ripe avocados and they need Cant sell me any. This customer service agent was very rude and not acomidatimg at all. Nice venue but... 1. There's a big queue that you have to line up in and at the end you don't know if you'll get a table of not. 2. From ordering my tuna bowl to receiving it was also much time, in which unfortunately you have to stand next to the cash register area. 3. My bowl was okay, perhaps a touch bland, but prices as if it were in Earl's or Cactus Club, but you're in more of a cafe environment than a restaurant. My friend had the stew and couldn't get over just hope little he got for the money. 4. They ran out of clean knives after I waited long in line and then for the food, so then had to wait for the knives too. Summary: Please restrict the number of people and increase quality, while reducing wait times, and this could be a really...
