I have rented office space as needed on an hourly basis for 9 years and have found the service excellent. The receptionists are very courteous, friendly and respectful. The office services of typing, printing, scanning, faxing are reliable. The premises are nicely maintained with plants and art work. I was fortunate enough to find the Offices in the Marine Building. Glenn and Hardy were a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend their facility more highly. The Marine Building is one of the most iconic skyscrapers of downtown Vancouver. It was built during the height of the Great Depression (started in 1929, finished in 1930), when Art Deco was king.
