Yummy Slice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Noticed driving down Grandville St. yesterday what was once some kind of a pizza factory is gone. Thank goodness! Replaced by a Yummy Slice. Went in and found a bright,very clean and new Yummy Slice operation. They offer a medium 3 topping pizza for $9.99. I figured that was fine as it was a mid afternoon thing for two of us. I was so surprised as how good it was. Fresh well made no skimping on toppings or cheese. I ordered pepperoni,green peppers and onions. Found it just the perfect size and amount. Okay so the only criticism I have with this location is that they need to cook the pizza longer. I pick up the slice of pizza and all the toppings fall off of it. You take a bite and it feels raw, undercooked. This usually is happening on their premium pizza slices I noticed, like butter chicken, chipotle chicken etc. These need more time to cook than a regular cheese or pepperoni pizza. Having the gluten-free shahi paneer pizza here was a guilty pleasure for me every other week, but they changed the gluten-free base. The pizza was perfect before, I ordered 2 pizzas and didn't know they changed it.
