Food Review: ANSFusion

Was hungry and needed to do some shopping so I went to Subway to grab a sub before hitting Safeway. As I was going to order a $20 mediocre tasting sub I remembered A&S Fusion advertising a brunch buffet for $16. So I went over there to check it out.

I really liked the decor and vibe. Very friendly man greeted me and I was their first customer. The brunch buffet was small but very, very tasty. I had all the offerings which was butter chicken, lamb shoulder, chickpea curry, fish pakora, veggie fritters, basmati rice, salad, pompadoms and a couple of sauces.

The lamb was juicy, tender and has a great flavor. Butter chicken was awesome. Again tender and great flavors. Everything was hot, fresh and very good. Yhe chickpeas could have been cooked more tender but that's a minor thing. And fresh naan bread was served. It was delicious. Crispy on the thinner parts and soft on the thicker parts. Was drenched in melted butter and garlic. I'm still thinking of it lol! Oh and there was spaghetti in a rose sauce. It was ok.

Overall a great dining experience and I look forward to trying out their regular menu. I'm happy they are in our neighborhood!

Had the Greek Roasted Lamb, it was one of their most expensive items. It was very good. The lamb was cooked to perfection, meat coming off the bone very clean. The Greek salad was also very well made. The sauce that came with it made all the ingredients come together perfectly. The rice was a bit bland, but it paired well with the lamb and salad, so it was still good. Definitely would recommend it. The dining area was very nice, fancy. Forks, spoons, plates, and napkins were already set out. The tables and chairs were nice and comfy and clean. The waiter was nice, slightly confusing on ordering, they will come up to you to take your order, but when you pay you have to go up to them with their register.

The place is still new, at the time of review, but I definitely would...

I had an amazing experience at A&S Fusion Restro + Bar. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. I tried the Creamy Chicken Dream Spaghetti and it was perfectly cooked with a rich, creamy sauce that had just the right hint of spice. The menu has a great variety, from burgers to pasta and wraps, and everything is reasonably priced for the quality you get.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick. The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, perfect for both casual dinners and special nights out. I also appreciate that the place stays open late, which is great for late-night dining.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for quality food, great service, and a comfortable vibe. Definitely a hidden gem...
