I don't understand how this location is still in business. What's more horrible is the fact that so many people (mostly young and inexperienced) get fooled by the shady tactics of this location. Last week I went in and ordered a strawberry storm. The smoothie tasted like ice and water. There was no flavour whatsoever. I even saw the employee CUT the amount of fruit he put in and then doubled the ice. I called him on it. The smoothie tasted awful and I asked the employee to make it again. The 2nd one, although marginally better, had the same fault: lack of fruit, ingredients, but excess ice. This time I noticed, he put in extra puree. This smoothie costed almost $8 or whatever the price is. Whoever goes to this location and thinks they are getting their money's worth is sadly mistaken. The people running this franchise obviously are desperate for profit and are cutting ingredients anyway possible. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Better yet, give up booster juice entirely. I've been buying booster juice smoothies since 2006. So I know the recipe has slightly changed, but I know exactly how the smoothie is supposed to taste like. Booster Juice as a company will obviously do nothing. As long as they get their royalty cheques, they could care less. To the franchise owner: if you can't make the smoothie right or maintain quality, get out of the business and do something else. Don't short change customers just because you are stretched or being treated unfairly from the parent company. Booster Juice and its franchises have a responsibility to deliver quality, healthy smoothies that are tasty and proper - not watery garbage that can be made at home for 90% cheaper. I am pretty sure I'm going to get accused of a fake review. That's fine. Don't believe me. Order a high priced smoothie at this place and when it tastes like watery garbage, don't come...
Read moreI don't know why people even come to this location. This is the worst booster juice I've been to. The owner was incredibly unwelcoming. I tried to redeem my booster juice for their marketing promotion "get a free booster on your name day" and I told him I didn't have my ID that day, and I showed him that I downloaded the app and I had my info on there but he just said laughed at me and said no.
The first time I came here, there were two high school kids working. They were just talking and looking bored when I walked in, no greeting or anything. They made my drink quickly enough but it tasted incredibly GRAINY AND BITTER, cause of the booster they used wasn't blended properly. The drink they gave me was also watered down and tasted barely like a smoothie. Never have I ever had such terrible experiences at a single location before.
I am very dissatisfied with this location. I have checked the reviews here and others are feeling the same. I would advise readers to buy your smoothies from another location. Or better yet, buy a blender and...
Read moreOur organisatuon purchaced many fundraiser books of Booster Juice coupons. I have used them at all of my favourite BJ's. I have always been met with a smile. This franchise person was very rude. " Give me the coupons so I can check to see if they are valid or not". Then he started guving me the third degree about where I bought the, why I bought them, how much I paid for them? I told him that I bought them as a fund raiser. He told me they were a big problem and they were stopping using them because they are hurting the franchises. I told him our organisation just bought them to sell. He continued being rude asking over and over why, where, did I get them from the internet? He said they are going to be discontinued because the franchisees make no money on them and it hurts thier business. Very awkward and not typical of my other...
