Bubble Tea & Me — Restaurant in Vaughan

I have had TONS AND TONS of bubble tea in my life thus far, but none have tasted as delicious as the bubble tea I get at this place!!! We used to live far away from this place but the very first time we tried their bubble tea and some of their delicious food items, we knew that it was well worth the drive. Now we have moved closer to this location so we will be going in regularly now and can't wait for our next visit! The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you're in a beautiful far away place where you can escape busy Thornhill for a little while, and the customer service you receive from the owners and their staff is exceptional...they make you feel at home and are happy to see you when you walk in! They make your bubble tea exactly the way you want it and it's nice to know that every time you have one, it still tastes exactly like the last one you had, which is DELICIOUS!!! They use the freshest ingredients and their pricing is very reasonable. Very, very, clean restaurant and you won't see dirty plates or any debris collecting on the floor anywhere. Such amazing and positive vibes every time we go in...very good energy!!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!!!!! WE LOVE...

This place has been consistently 5 stars for the last 15 years that I’ve gone here. I’m now 27 but have fond memories of having my 14th birthday party here. The staff were so cool about letting us TSS kids come, buy bubble tea, and sit in that front wooden circle table playing guitar and hanging out. Ever since, I’ve been coming here for all my boba and snacking needs. The regular teas, milk teas, and slushies are so good. The jellies and tapioca are perfect. The sizes are good even in this changing economy, the prices have stayed pretty decent. Their food menu expanded and you gotta try both their noodles and condensed milk toast - these are timeless items they’ve had forever. Service is fast and friendly. This will forever be my number one spot for boba and trust me when i say I’ve since lived all over the city and in different countries. THIS will forever be the place. Everyone in the Thornhill community knows that THIS is the spot!!!! PS fries and cakes also...

I’m sorry I’m changing my review from 5 years ago to now. U guys used to be good. The man that I know and knew used to work here and he’s manager. He knew exactly what he was doing. Now the workers today a female was not following our instructions. We said less syrup in all our drinks and they didn’t ask us how much syrup u want. And the owner or manager always did. We came home it was super sweet disgusting. U can make someone diabetic easily. Now she said on phone to come back and prove it’s bad. We bus and live far. And she said to do new ones they can remake it. Why can’t they just next time give us discount that’s all. These workers don’t know s. Urban cova, coco and ten rens sorry r better than you. Ever since the manager wasn’t there it’s getting and you are making things worse. My stomach now hurts after green apple so sweet yuck. I stopped drinking after less than...
