Tried this place for the first time w/ my gf over Labour Day weekend last year after a fun-filled afternoon session over at Dave and Buster's 10-15 min away. Turkish food is quite similar to lebanese, jordanian, egyptian and greek food in that they are all situated in the middle east (or near it). Immediately upon parking and walking up to the resto, we noticed a ton of ppl dining on the patio. The inside of the resto is quite cozy. It was around 28C outside that day but walking into the resto you'd have thought you just walked into a furnace because the kitchen is literally attached to the indoor dining area so all of the heat from the kitchen basically builds and builds. Temperature aside, the staff are all SUPER nice (It looks like a family business as they were all speaking their native language). We ordered a chicken doner plate and a beef doner plate. Both of them come w/ rice and salad condiments. Both my gf and I preferred the chicken as it was slightly juicier than the beef. The rice was not dry at all and they are really generous w/ the portions (one plate could prolly feed 2 ppl if you have a partner that doesn't eat much). They had the standard garlic sauce, a mild chipotle sauce, a spicy sauce, hummus and my fave was the mango curry sauce which I found to be super unique. When I come back I'm gonna tell them to douse my dish in that stuff. SOOO GOOD. You can get as much sauce and hummus as you like. The meals also come w/ some fresh bread. AYE YO, this bread was no joke! It was on par w/ the bread you get at the Keg. Not even kidding. Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Looking back, we could've prolly ordered 1 mix plate (chicken and beef) to share between us instead of ordering 2 plates. I felt like passing out after helping her out on her plate LOL. Amazing turkish food. Will be back in the future!

I really wanted to love this place. Going into it, I had an open mindset and ordered mixed Doner plate with fries. Pros: Absolutely massive portion sizes! Like it's definitely more than fair considering the price. The bread that came along with it was also a nice addition. The food was made to order within 15 minutes. The customer service experience was great. Cons: Both the chicken, beef, fries, and rice were nothing special. I hate to compare doner to shawarma, but it did genuinely taste like Osmows or Lazeez. It's not the authentic Turkish doner I was looking forward to eating. This is especially the case with the sauces that they drenched my food in. The first sauce was creamy yogurt garlic sauce. It was pretty good. However, the second sauce was this "chili sauce" but it honestly just tasted like ketchup and mayo. This ruined the entire dish as there was a sickly sweet taste with each bite. I was expecting the chili sauce to be refreshing and spicy, but this was not it. I'm sad to say this was a disappointment. Several friends I went with had the same experience. TLDR/Short Summary: Unfortunately, this place is nothing special and does not have the authentic Turkish doner that I was looking for. Be careful when adding sauces as the chili sauce is extremely sweet. I hope the owners take this constructive criticism into consideration when trying to improve the resturant. I really do want to see more Turkish resturants succeed in Mississauga.

I always like to give restaurants, two visits before a proper review. Came here twice in the same week because of how INCREDIBLE This place is. Everything was super fresh. The chicken was juicy, well flavored, the sauces are the best I've ever had. From what I asked and seen it looks like everything is made in house, huge selection, I got the chicken Doner wrap. It was delicious. I've seen other customers order plates and other things all looked good. This place really goes to great lengths to make everything themselves and it shows in the taste. If you are in the area or even considering coming here, don't hesitate. If you want to try German/Turkish food, this is THE PLACE. It does get busy at times so keep this in mind, as staff I see here working really hard to get orders out. They have a nice outdoor patio as well. They're very friendly people. I highly recommend!

I’m not an expert on writing reviews but I’ll definitely write one on when I’m disappointed in something. I’m giving them one star not based on the food quality but on the customer service.

I was highly recommended to come here by a friend. It sounded amazing and the food was definitely great. It tasted good no arguments. But I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The store was very busy. But it dose not excuse the lack of customer service. I felt the I was being completely ignored and I was not being greeted. Even at a base level of employment such as McDonald’s or a bit higher such as a Starbucks. The employees will engage the customer and they will know who’s been served and who is waiting. I waiting 20 to 25 minutes. Standing directly in front of the counter and was making eye contact with the employees. I even attempted to start talking but I was ignored and walked away from. In my opinion witch is not professional or at an expert level but more as a simple patron, I was disappointed to the point of walking out and and I’m not planning on returning. My friend who recommended this restaurant was also informed of this and was also disappointed. I would recommend the food but not the service.

To the store: Maybe give your staff some professional training on talking and greeting customers or in general customer service. It’ll help your retain your customer base and it will inevitably make your more money. Having customers walk out in frustration is not good for business.

Thanks for the great tasting food but no thanks for...
