The name is great and promises something exciting! The price certainly tells a story of a great service to come. The Greek Coffee was great, but HUGE downfall for me ~ it was served in paper cup 😔 I really wanted Galaktoboureko, but they didn’t have it. Decided on Loukoumades, which were really good, but unable to get just 1 or 2 with your Greek coffee. Customers HAVE TO buy more if they want to try them, ofc unless you have ice cream.(then you can get 3🤦‍♀️)….maybe this is something owner can review. Again, big downfall was that everything is served in paper, boxes and plastic!!! When customers come to dine in, they are looking for full experience of Greek dessert and coffee….something different! Really didn’t like that.

If you're a fan of super sweet desserts, this is the place to go! We decided to give this place a try because we like to try new things. I personally thought that their Loukoumades were overly sweet and rich - made it difficult to distinguish the difference between the different flavours/toppings we ordered. Also found their menu to be a bit pricey for desserts of its size also. Customer service could use some improvement as well; as first time customers here, the two ladies working weren't helpful, welcoming or friendly... Interior was clean and decorated to their brand. There's ample amount of free parking at the plaza they're located at as well.

Came in after 9:30pm and while I’ve had them fresh before, they were actually pretty great even just before closing time. They were light, airy and with just the right chewy texture. We got three toppings, Dulce De Leche, Raspberry and Coconut. One of my favourite desserts of all time. 😋 They were also topped generously. The Spanakopita was fresh and the filling to puff pastry ratio was on point. The dragon fruit ice tea was well steeped and full bodied. The complimentary passion fruit edible straw was a nice touch as well.

I recently visited Loukoumania Cafe, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, this cafe exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods, which set the tone for what was to come.

The interior of Loukoumania Cafe is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern chic and rustic charm. Comfortable seating arrangements, tasteful decor, and soft lighting make it an ideal spot for everything from a casual catch-up with friends to a quiet afternoon of reading or working.

Now, let’s talk about the food and drinks. The menu is a delightful mix of traditional Greek treats and contemporary cafe staples. I started with a classic Greek coffee, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. For my meal, I couldn’t resist trying the loukoumades, and they were absolutely divine! These little Greek doughnuts were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and drizzled with just the right amount of honey and sprinkled with cinnamon. They were a sweet symphony of flavors that left me wanting more.

In addition to the loukoumades, I sampled a variety of other pastries, each one more delicious than the last. The baklava was a standout, with its layers of flaky pastry, chopped nuts, and sweet syrup. It was a perfect balance of textures and flavors. The cafe also offers a range of savory options, and I thoroughly enjoyed the spanakopita, a savory spinach and feta pie that was both light and satisfying.

The staff at Loukoumania Cafe deserve special mention. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that my visit was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine passion for what they do shines through in every interaction.

Another highlight of my visit was the outdoor seating area. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee and pastries while soaking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it a great place to unwind and people-watch.

Overall, Loukoumania Cafe exceeded all my expectations. It’s not just a place to grab a quick bite or coffee; it’s an experience to be savored. Whether you’re a fan of Greek cuisine or simply looking for a charming cafe to spend some time in, Loukoumania Cafe is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings. Highly...

Where do I start… FIRST OF ALL, before there is any confusion, the one star review is NOT about the actual loukoumades themselves. They were absolutely delicious BUT due to the below reasons I will NEVER return. I arrived at 8 pm on a Friday night. There were only two people ahead of me. I noticed right away that there were only two workers. It took FIFTEEN minutes for the two people ahead of me to order. Once I had ordered it was 820. So a total of 20 minutes for three people to order. 1 of the people in front gets their order and leaves. All of a sudden 5-6 people fill the restaurant line and are trying to place their orders. A young woman who seems to be in charge of actually cooking the loukoumades yells out loud to the order taker “don’t take any more orders. It’s going to be 20 minutes for the dough to rise”. Immediately I asked her “is that for new orders or will I have to wait? I’ve already ordered”. She replied “unfortunately we are all out and can’t do anything until the dough is ready”. WHY NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED? The order taker (and let me try to be nice here) was completely oblivious, non-caring and quite honestly an absolute joke. Who smirks while giving customers unfortunate news? By the time the dough was ready, fried, and prepared I left at 850. FIFTY minutes for 18 loukoumades on a Friday night when it wasn’t busy. NO EXCUSE. The lack of care by the workers, the horrific customer service, THESE are the are the reasons I will never return. Reading some reviews it seems THAT is the biggest problem with this cafe. Continuing like this will surely end with this place closing down, regardless of how good...

I wanted to give an update from * to *** stars and say thank you the management team, who reached out to me and clarified the matter. I am a true believer that Customer service matters to the brand, and I am sure that proper training will be provided to the staff. The food is delicious and I will continue recommending the place to my friends and family.

Happy Holidays, all!!! :)

While Loukamania is a nice place and different from others because of simple yet delicious dessert, the service is inconsistent. First time, I just turned around and left because of a rude and arrogant greek lady, who is likely does not know anything about customer service. Not sure if she is a co-owner or someone who fries loukamani. In any case, she should be left at the back of the store and not serving customers. I visited the cafe years later, recently, I took all my friends there, as there was another nice girl who helped me to forget the earlier bitter experience! I was lucky to be served by her multiple times. Friend of mine we t therewith her sister and encountered that same bitter strange woman, who ruined her visit yet again! Too sad!!! If you want people to continue coming over, please tell that lady to stay away from...
