UPDATE 4:03pm: 2 mins after submitting my review, I walk outside towards my car with my toddler. I witness what looks like a manager and an associate followed a young boy outside and proceeded to stand in front of his bicycle in a threatening manner. The associate then asked the young boy why he made a mess in the bathroom? Then Word for Word said to the boy, “I will break your bike the next time you come around here”. I get that you are upset with how these children treat your dining room. But threatening someone, is not the way to handle it. If they are vandalizing your property, call the police and have it handled responsibly. If they are just making a mess, request them to leave the restaurant and tell them not to return. Like I said in my review, hire more people to clean up the mess. You have a location directly across from a massive attraction park. It is a given that you are going to have increased sales and increased problems. To me, looks like your staff needs some training on how to handle confrontation.
Original Review 3:55pm This restaurant definitely needs to schedule extra staff during peak wonderland hours. We went through the drive through window of Wendy’s and ate in the car. When my toddler asked for timbits. I decided to bring her in. The dining room of both the Tim Hortons and the Wendys were filthy. The amount of teenagers and young adults was overwhelming. Clearly they have come from Wonderland to have lunch. It is also clear that they weren’t taught how to clean up after themselves and the entire dining room was littered with garbage all over the floor, tables and piled up at the garbage bins. Having the extra help scheduled on peaked hours, could definitely alleviate some of this mess. Designating someone to take control of the situation and keep things clean is a must. There is just not enough people working to be able to handle the amount of orders being placed and waste being left around. It’s time to buckle down and do what it takes to clean up...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Horton's location. In particular, the drive thru employees at this location need to drastically improve their communication abilities. Today, my boyfriend went through the drive thru to order the following: 1 chicken wrap with NO sauce and NO veggies, 1 steak wrap with NO sauce and NO veggies, 1 large chocolate milk, and 1 large white milk. Doesn't sound too complicated, right? After an extremely difficult time getting the order across to the employee over the intercom (whether this was a result of the intercom quality or the poor English of the employee... or a combination of both.. is up for debate), my boyfriend pulls up the to the window and received the following: 1 chicken wrap WITH sauce, 1 steak wrap WITH sauce, 1 large chocolate milk and 1 small white milk. At least they got one thing right??? Sure, people make mistakes, but the way they dealt with THEIR mistakes was not what you would expect from one of the World's largest fast food chains. Very pushy and impolite, and they also made my boyfriend wait an additional 5 minutes, and left him feeling very frustrated. He only gets 30 minutes for lunch and half of that was wasted due to this unacceptable customer service experience. Not only should they get their intercom looked at (to rule that out as a problem), but they need to have higher standards for the English speaking ability of their employees... It should not be that difficult to explain your order to someone in your mother...
Read moreSerious Concern Regarding Food Safety and Staff Conduct. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred on June 30, 2025 at Vaughan mills Tim Horton opposite Wonderland- involving one of the donuts on display. There was a fly on the donut, and despite two staff members being made aware of the issue, they did not remove the donut or address the situation appropriately. Instead, they continued serving other customers as if nothing had happened. I approached one of the staff members and asked her to call the manager. She said she would—but we waited for 20 minutes, and no one came. During this time, the staff member disappeared and did not return. We felt ignored and dismissed, with no acknowledgment of our concern or follow-up. We were purchasing food for our children, and after this incident, we no longer feel confident in the cleanliness or food safety standards of the establishment. The lack of action and customer service was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and ensure this does not...
