On January 11, 2024, between 2-3 pm, I experienced an incident that involved the intentional destruction of my receipt and the malicious damaging of items I intended to return. The employees primarily responsible for this unacceptable behavior were Binita and an unidentified lady with a boy cut hairstyle.
To provide clarity on the specifics of the incident, Binita and her colleague deliberately rendered my receipt unusable, hindering my ability to complete the return process. Furthermore, they willfully damaged the items, exacerbating the situation by causing an additional financial loss of at least $150.
The unprofessional and unethical conduct displayed by both employees is in direct violation of the expected service standards from a reputable retail establishment like Walmart. In light of these actions, I urgently request the immediate dismissal of both Binita and her unidentified colleague to uphold the integrity of Walmart's service standards and prevent any recurrence of such incidents.
I understand the urgency of rectifying the financial loss incurred during this incident. Simultaneously, I insist on a swift and thorough investigation into the actions of Binita and her colleague. Regular updates on the progress made in this regard would be highly appreciated.

As any other Walmart, product variety is vast and layout of the store is well designed. Any item you might need you can find in their many sections of lifestyle. But unfortunately, the rest of the factors which contribute to the overall quality of the store, leave a lot to be desired.
As evident in the picture, the pallet of produce was left in the way of items, and was staying there for almost the entire duration of my shopping time. Not only does this block the way for costumers, but it also presents hazards since its not strapped down and appears to be abandoned while unloading.
Another point worth mentioning is that when I was in the shampoo and hair product aisle, I noticed a damaged price label on one of the items. An employee was present in the same aisle using the product scanner device scanning items so I asked her if she could scan my item and let me know the price because I cant tell from the damaged label. Before even fully finishing my sentence she interrupted coldly and told me to go to a price check station. Now my understanding was that that device could be used for scanning for a price, hence why I asked the employee hoping for a quicker answer, otherwise I knew where the price check station was. I obviously am not an employee and dont know how to work with those scanners or what they do, but she couldve been more friendly and polite, maybe let me finish my question first before answering me without even moving her head. An explanation couldve been made as to "why that device cant be used for this purpose" or at least a description to where the price check station would be. Yes, I knew where it was because I walked passed it, but others in my situation might not have known.
