Really crowded an a bit over rated but the main thing is that i got kicked out while i was watching my friends jackets by a bouncer with frosted tips named Douglas. I wasnt causing a disturbance or even talking to anyone. But that didn't matter. So if you go here know there is a chance youll get kicked out for no reason. Also the bouncer told me he would tell my friends i left but i learned afterwards that he didnt follow through so they spent some time worried that i disappeared. Least to say, my friends and i wont be going back

Edit: Upon recieving my security license, and after being trained at another location and doing further research I have learned that the security at this place is clearly either mistrained or undertrained. I was told to leave the area by security despite no longer being on their property, and simply waiting for them to fulfill their word. This was not done, and shows that their security clearly do not fully understand their powers as agents of the property. Furthermore in the 5 months since I filed a complaint, I have not recieved any word back about the incident. I’ve been to Darcy’s before and enjoyed the food, so I was really disappointed by my experience on my birthday. When I first arrived, I went to use the women’s washroom and was shocked by how small the stalls are. In order to even get in and close the door, I had to press against the toilet, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I’m an average-sized woman (about 170 lbs), and I honestly don’t see how someone larger than me could use the stall at all.

I mentioned this to the manager as feedback, not a complaint, hoping it might be considered for accessibility and improvements. Instead of listening, I was dismissed and spoken to rudely. The only response I got was that there is one accessible washroom and that the GM ‘is a woman and she knows’ which completely missed the point I was raising.
