Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

New Review: Just had a very upsetting experience with this Domino's; Ordered my usual 2 pizzas for my husband and I. They arrived quickly, and to our disappointment they were both well underdone, with one not even being sliced! We called the store right away, and they sent out 2 replacement pizzas. The replacements arrived in approx. 12 - 15 minutes from the time of the call!! Way too fast considering the amount of time to put them together, cook them properly and drive them to my home. I certainly appreciated the concern to get us the replacement pizzas right away, but sending out 2 more pizzas in half the time it took for us to get the originally under cooked ones can only end in one possible result: We received ANOTHER 2 under cooked pizzas.

I called the store again, frustrated with the same issue being repeated and wanting to tell them that they needed to either slow down a bit or turn up the ovens. The manager wouldn't have any of it, invalidated my complaints and definitely did NOT put the customer first. She argued with me, saying that she had checked it herself and it was done when it left the store. So... Did it un-cook on the way here??? When we received them the raw dough was visible along the sides of each and every slice. We tried to tell her we had never received under done pizzas from here before, but she only continued to argue that we were in the wrong.

I will NOT be ordering from here any time soon, if ever again. There are too many competitors in this city for this kind of behavior to be considered acceptable and be tolerated with a final piss-poor solution of a free brownie on our next order. After ordering for many years from this Domino’s we will be taking our business elsewhere. Ordered a pizza with chicken, it arrived and was pink and rubbery, raw by the looks of it. I am tremendously conscious about food safety, and we usually have no issues with this place, so my spouse phoned them to inquire.

The man on the phone insisted that it was cooked, that he was the one that put it in the oven and took it out. He said that ‘most people order that pizza well done’ as if accusing us, that somehow we should’ve known better and it was OUR fault for it not being properly cooked. He insisted that there wasn’t anything he could do except offer lava cakes as compensation! I would have been satisfied simply with a replacement pizza and an apology to make things right.

We’ve had a few once off issues in the past with quality and things arriving not so proper, and every single time they’ve made it right, hence why we’ve been such long time customers. But after tonight, this entire experience has left me grossly disappointed and unsatisfied with this establishment. I understand all too well that ‘the customer is always right’ is simply not true, but food safety should always be taken seriously. We will no longer be supporting this establishment, or Domino’s...

Just ordered a pizza and bites today. Pizza was out of the oven at 3:42, finally checked at 3:55, and from store front to our place is 1 km, it took until 4:24 to arrive....on the other side of the building than we had specified in the notes. And i had sorted a text reminder from dominos when they were 2 or 4 minutes out. Received the text at 3:55 and my gf and i sat outside for the 30 minutes until it actually showed up.

Driver asked if I was Sam, and then didnt say another word to me. Just handed me the food and threw his arm up nand walked away. Pizza was barely warm by then, but what bothered me most, was sitting down and seeing the tamper proof seal they have wasnt even sealing the box shut at all.

We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, and i doubt ive ever had a dryer pizza in my life. Super depressing as i pretipped quite good, and spent the only cash($56+) i have each month for something just because, and it was wasted on an experience like this.
