We ordered some pizzas from these guys on an app called good to go. When I got home with the pizza joint Pizzeria gave it was totally rotten and it is only good to be thrown in the garbage. When I called joint pizzeria he says I have to call good to go. He says he serves food on that particular app which is not good for consumption. I used to visit this place regularly, this guy never said a word that the pizza is spoiled while I was there to pickup. It’s too unsafe for kids. I m going to contact the food safety department to deal with this by anyways.

VEGANS BEWARE. Came all the way from Van for this place. Specified I was making a custom pizza due to being vegan, preoceeded to order a small vegan pizza, Daiya cheese, plant based pepperoni etc, the pizza maker handed me my pizza and said “here’s the vegan pizza”, turns out it had real pepperoni on it, and they were out of plant based pepperoni, which is why they most likely gave me the meat option, most likely thinking I wouldn’t notice. It was nice for them not to charge but a pretty thoughtless action at best. Very saddened and disappointed.

"Victoria's hidden gem for pizza lovers! This place never disappoints. Their pizzas are divine, with a perfect balance of crispiness and flavors that explode in your mouth. Their staff is also warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this pizza joint is a must-visit in Victoria. You won't regret it!"

My wife and I are visiting Victoria for our 15th wedding anniversary. When we lived here many years ago, one of our favorite things to eat was the Thai Peanut Chicken Pizza from the Joint. After several nostalgia meals in the city over the past few days and a spectacular & expensive dinner the night before at Point No Point, we decided we’d get that pizza on our actual anniversary, our first in 14 years. I do not eat cheese so we’d always order one ‘half, no cheese’. Placing the order, the guy misunderstood it to be half Thai chicken and half cheese pizza. I explained again. Still misunderstood. Between the two of us and another guy, we explained it to him 5 or 6 times. The last time, I thought he understood.

Half an hour later, now very hungry, a half-cheese/half Thai chicken pizza was handed to us.

He didn’t know how to process a proper refund so he gave us cash equivalent of the price of the pizza. I was very hangry by this point so I didn’t pay attention to the amount but he didn’t refund the 25% tip. I’m ok paying for the drinks but we still ended up giving the place $10+ to royally screw up our anniversary meal.

Good came from the experience as we wandered over to Maiiz and had some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in a looong time.

I might not have posted a review but they have $10 of my dollars so...

Some of the best gluten free pizza I ever had in my life. Will definitely use them again.

Update on Aug 25, 2024. I unfortunately had forgotten who I ordered the gluten free pizza from before and called tis place. This gluten free meat lover pizza was so delicious I thought this must be illegal since again this how delicious this pizza tasted.

I called the store just now at about 2205 to congratulate them. I then went to post a review and discovered that this was where i previously purchased pizza 9 months ago. The price was also very good at $56.68 and it is worth every penny.

At our organization we get people cleared to enter the US that need US entry waivers and we do extremely well financially. Hence the price tag is no issue.

I will also say that if anyone balks at the price posted here, that person needs to get a job or just work harder and earn more. This price is 1000% worth it and I tell people the same thing that balk at our waiver prices: You gotta pay for quality and if you cannot afford it then...

I have been ordering pizza from The Joint for years now and now suddenly I am outside of their coverage area...By less than 100 meters. I called today to place a $100 order and apparently they no longer want my business because I'm too far away from them. I get it, you have to draw the line somewhere, but you can't blame distance, when I'm ordering for a side road off of burnside half a kilometer from Tillicum mall, when they are willing to drive past my house, that extra 500m to service up to Tillicum and Burnside. It's just ridiculous that if I was ordering for literally four houses closer to Burnside it would have been okay...Great job guys, You just lost a customer over less than 100 meters. Never ordering again even if I do happen to be within their arbitrary lines of coverage. It's a shame. I really...
