Hello HelloHello Hello
It’s just normal chicken with dipping sauce. There’s nothing that screams Korean Chicken. As in the sauce, it’s not incorporated with the chicken. I personally ordered the chicken bao (really good)… and the half & half… Padak and Megean. The Meagan isn’t spicy as the menu states. And, as for the Padak, I initially assumed the greens were cabbage added onto the chicken but get this! The Padak was just normal chicken with a bunch of green onions placed on top. If the flavours were actually amalgamated then it would be a different story but all it is really: chicken with a sauce on the side. The atmosphere during pick up was dark and gloomy and I don’t think it was fairly priced as compared to what you get in comparison to other local Korean Chicken Restaurants. The online menu is also very outdated. Lots of items were no longer available and the prices did vary. It’s understandable that in an economy like this that prices are increased, however, quality is subpar. Good initiative on advertising, however, this will be my first and last taste.

I have tried Korean fried chicken in many different restaurants, but the chicken I had here was the most memorable. Not only was it delicious, but what stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff and the warm atmosphere of the restaurant. The chicken was incredibly crispy, and unlike other places, it was cooked all the way through, which made me really happy. Thanks to this, I enjoyed my meal even more and had a great time interacting with the server. In particular, I felt that the atmosphere of this place had a positive effect on the customers as well. Compared to other restaurants, the guests here seemed noticeably brighter and happier, perhaps because of the friendly service and cozy ambiance. With both delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, my experience here was truly satisfying. If I get the chance, I would love to visit again in the future.

We had original fried chicken, snow cheese fried chicken, cro-waffle, apple slaw, popcorn chicken poutine. The kitchen offered complimentary cheese balls as well. Food was mostly pretty good. The original chicken was the favourite. Super crispy with a good amount of flavour. I also liked the cro-waffle. The dish our table disliked the most would be the snow cheese fried chicken. It was just too salty. It seems that they just take finished original fried chicken and sprinkle additional flavouring. That powder just sits on the crust unabsorbed. So when you eat it, your tongue pretty much absorbs all that powder first. The poutine was good. Though next time, I would order popcorn chicken separately as the sauce ruins the crispiness. The kids finished the cheeseballs so they must’ve been pretty good.

I want to preface my review by saying I work for a variety of high end food festivals, I eat out often, and lastly I eat fried chicken...a lot, almost weekly. So before I offer my critique let me just say this. It has amazing fried chicken. I had a half/half order (yes to myself. I eat lots of fried chicken) with Gan-jang and Yang-nyeom . I want to break down my experience between the sauces and the chicken itself, which I will start with. The quality of meat and skill of preparation really shine through. It's crispy and the chicken is a sort of juicy that can only happen when the it is cooked perfectly. It was seasoned perfectly for my tastes. With the sauces the chicken was well and evenly coated overall. The Gan-jang, or sweet and savory soy sauce, was my personal favourite of the two. It was exactly as it's name implies sweet, savoury, and soy forward. The Yang - nyeom, a sweet chili sauce, was tasty as well but it was the only thing that didn't reach 100 in my experience. I love garlic but the garlic in this sauce was served raw or not fully cooked. I could very much note what I believe to be the flavour of garlic that was older or had gone green. Still totally edible and delicious but distinctly noticeable in the sauce. The service was courteous and quick and the decor was fun without being obnoxious. Pricing is right where I would expect for this quality. Finally, I look forward to going back and trying more of their menu and recommend you...

I am sharing my experince, because there are lot more option and this is not the place you should be wasting your money for food, Restaurant lacks in intaregieity i ordered 7 pieces regular chicken and luckly out of 7 pieces none them was wings or drum stick and when asked they said we do not know if there is bone in piece or not as per them they and while cooking and pacing they dont know if there is no bone in piece, its nothing but lack of integrity in serving quality food if they not even concerned and compromise on what can be noticed i wonder what else they compromise with qaulity of food inside of kitchen!!! Not at all sugeested!!!

Edited reply, absolutely soggy food and re-fired and you are not the only restaurant serves korean chicken and its life time eating korean fried chicken, you are assuming that we lack in understanding in chicken pieces, you have worst chicken quality, lack of options make be demanding for now but not for long thanks for wasting my money ruining my dinner experince but i have to give you 100 out of 100 tring defend it just as you and empolyee did said at restaurant that i was just unlucky to get not one no bome in piece and telling we that weather i eat KFC or not !!! No i am no longer wasting my time and money towards your restaurant!!! Thanks!! Quick update please please try 649 you will never eat here ...

Gone way downhill, ordered 7 pieces with a side of hot sauce. They didn't bother to fill the hot sauce container, it's was about 1/8th full. 3 of my chicken pieces were so tiny like they cut a thigh into 3 pieces. The coating was not crispy and tasted very different. Maybe the owner went away on vacation on something.

I think they are over crowding their fryer because it like the chicken was soggy and greasy, or maybe they dumped a bunch of chicken in a pile and it was getting steamed and oil dripped all over it. Very disappointing. Went from the best chicken place place to the worst very quickly.

This is my 5th time ordering and the 3rd time having an issue with my order. Last time I was missing a piece and another time I was given a piece of chicken that was more akin to a chicken nugget.

Don't order take out here, sit in so you can actually get them to fix their mistakes, which are often. I have a feeling they give better service to customers who dine in.

This place needs to figure out another way to make money, cheaping out on stuff like hot sauce or trying to make 3 pieces of chicken out of what would normally be one is the wrong way to go about it. It was bad enough that they reduced the medium from 9 pieces to 7, but now to make those pieces smaller is just crazy.

Update: Ordered a couple more times and its been better so I...
