Hi to Tims higher ups,

I always visited and ordered my food to this tim location everytime. And every single time, my experience to this store are not so satisfying.. The service are poor, staff doesn’t wear a smile and even greet me. And after the transaction, they are not so appreciative, not even saying thank you to me, their customer. I dont know, is that the way how they are trained to treat their customers? Is it because of my skin color thats why they treat me that way? Their behavior are very unacceptable in all levels. And before i forgot, your staff on that store are talking loudly and noticeably with their own language even there’s locals and other nationality around. This is not rightand very rude on their part!

My experince this morning was the worst.. the line was long because its still rush time i guess, Service are very slow. I saw 3 people there in the pantry area that are talking constantly instead on focusing to do a fast service. And then, by the time i’m in front of the cashier ( after a long wait in line ) one of the person in the pantry called someone from the back, and told him that there’s their regular cute white customer in the line ordering, I forgot to get the name of that person from the back, but im sure he’s gay and Filipino. He stands like 5’10” tall. He swiftly, went out from the back, disregard whatever he’s doing there and pretend he’s helping the team in front just to see this cute white guy he’s collegue told him. And again they are talking on their own language. THIS BEHAVIOUR ARE SO DISGUSTING and unprofessional!! This same guy, have already taken my order several times from the past. But everytime i ordered from him, doesn’t even know how a good customer service works.. I’ve never ever recieved greetings from him, and not even recieve thanked once he’s done taking my order and received my payment. Terrible service😠

Tim hortons, you can do better. Please remind them that good customer service are essentials for this business.. Train them how to greet properly and thanks customers regardless of the skin color. And also, remind them not to talk on their own language in front of their customers, it’s rude and insulting to other nationality especially the locals.

Sincerly yours,

one of your...

I visited here January 25, at around 9pm. There were two female and one male employees in the store. One of the female employee I have served was nice. I spent at least $15 during the 1-1,5 hrs of time I was there.

When I got into the store the male employee (he told me that his name is JB-I have pictures of him to identify who he is) was blocking the way to the washrooms and I asked him if they are going to close soon. He said no, he is going to clean it. During the whole time I was there he didn’t clean the washrooms but he kept the way blocked anyway. Before I left the place I decided to go to the washroom and I even asked for permission to go in and he nodded from far. I went in maybe spent three minutes the most he knocked the door. I said I am coming out. I had my ear phone I wasn’t hearing what he was saying but he was saying something to me and still knocking the door. I again said I am coming out but he didn’t stop knocking. I opened the door, I was frustrated. Asked him “What is going on?”. He said he is going to clean it. I said I told you I am coming out why are you keep bothering me. He was rude, repeated what he said. I mentioned about him telling me that he would clean the washrooms when I first went into the shop. I said “You decided to clean the washrooms while I am in and you wanted to specifically start from the washroom I am in.” He told me he is going to call the police, he threaten me and I told him to call. I don’t suggest anyone to go there. I got treated badly and threatened on top of it. It was a horrible service and horrible experience.

Oh by the way, there were another customer he allowed to use the washroom and he didn’t go after him and knocked the door while he was in there. And also while I was taking photos of him outside, I saw that he didn’t go to the washrooms to clean as he told me. He just close the door and went back to the counter.

Is it how you train your employees to treat people, Tim Hortons?!! This is not acceptable Tim Hortons. I have pictures of him and I will take this to higher places until this guy...

I saw something disgusting here recently.

I have never had any issues with the service in this place, even when coming home dirty or disheveled from work. But recently I saw a man come in right after me and be immediately accosted by an employee. He was told that he couldn't come in. When the man asked for clarification as to why, the employee simply stated that "they don't cater to the homeless anymore." Now the man looked rough, but not that rough. He had money in his hand with which he clearly planned to purchase something, but was immediately turned away. When the man tried to point out that you shouldn't discriminate against a paying customer simply based on assumptions (which he argued were incorrect anyway), the employee pulled out his phone and said he was already calling the police.

This was the most bizarre, discriminatory, and uncomfortable thing I've ever witnessed in a food establishment. That employee served me and another customer, but I can't get over their lack of humanity or attitude. Regardless of if the man was homeless or not, surely anyone deserves to be able to purchase a cup of coffee early in the morning? If the man was well known to the store I'd understand, but it seemed like the employee had never seen him before. If he overstays or it becomes a problem, surely THEN you call the police, and not the second you lay eyes on him?

Either way, the way they treat fellow human beings was disgusting. I don't think I'll be back to this location any time soon, especially if I see that employee at...

I'm giving a 5 star rating mostly for one particular lady who works at this location who was very very kind to me for no reason other than the fact that she is just a lovely soul. I only had enough money today to buy a small coffee and she asked me if I also wanted anything to eat. I said no because I of course assumed it was an up-sell but that's not what she meant. She told me to wait at the counter and asked her manager to redeem her allowance for food that day and she used it to get me a jelly roll to try (which is a new addition to their baked goods). It was an extremely kind thing for her to do and it brightened my day a ton! I gave her a hug for it but she deserves more than that. I would like her to get some kind of recognition but I don't want to violate her privacy by mentioning her name in such a public forum so this will have to do. Thank you, girl! You made my day! Also, to the manager at this location, I will say that you have a great employee in your store and she is going above and beyond and definitely adds value to the experience there. If you're smart, you'll find a way to show her she's highly appreciated!

I visited this location on June 5th when we stopped in Victoria on an Alaskan cruise. We did a city bus your that stopped at Tim Hortons and I was not let down! We don't have any locations in Florida and being a Horton myself I've always wanted to try it. I'm not a coffee fan so I opted for the hot chocolate and donut holes and they were to die for! Another huge plus was everyone was so nice in there. All of the employees and the manager as well. He greeted us outside, was talking to us and was doing a great job keeping the line moving as there were a lot of us on that bus. Im so sad there's no locations in Florida but it's definitely a must try if you're in a select location up north or in Canada 😀
