Firehouse Subs Welland — Restaurant in Welland

I love Firehouse Subs. However, this location doesn't seem to like fixing mistakes. The computer system for some reason was inputting the wrong price for an item; obviously not their fault. Ordered a large only charged for a medium but they gave me the medium. I requested the large instead because that is what was ordered. Their computer system failing isn't the fault of the customer. They refused to make the sub I ordered without charging extra. So, instead of just owning the mistake and just giving what was ordered, they decided they would rather throw away the food and refund my money. If I mess up with the price of something, it's my fault and I give the customer the product anyway because the customer is not to blame for my incompetence. Firehouse Welland seems to think that not matter what, the customer is always wrong. Also, judging by the other negative comments, management doesn't seem to care about reaching out to people who have had issues with their restaurant...yet another "Well done,...

This place is the worst Firehouse Subs ever. We've ordered Subs from this location multiple times and it's very disappointing that they would even put that Sub in the box with the bread soaking wet and I'm sure the person that made it knew about this and let the customers walk out the door hoping they wouldn't come back well guess what I went back because this wasn't the first time that the bread was soaking wet. People before you take that Sub out of that location make sure you really check that Sub before you leave. Never ever will I set foot in that place your a disgrace to the brand Firehouse. Subway at least don't serve you wet bread and let u walk out the door. I will make sure that everyone i mean everyone know's about this place including Head Office. Today I would love to share with you that I had the "Club on a Sub". When I made this selection, I thought it would be a cold sub but I was pleasntly surprised it was warm and steamy. It was the most incredible sub I have ever had. The meat was stacked so high, O.M.G, I was so full and if Inhad room for another I would definitely buy another!! Words cannot express how amazing this experience was and is. Yes each sub is on the pricier side, so please expect paying a higher price....BUT IT'S SOOOOO WORTH EVERY PENNY! Plus this business was founded by firemen and every customer that enters gets greeted. Come everyone in the Niagara region! I PROMISE you, you will not be left empty. Mr. Sub, Quizznos and Subway have nothing on this business. Remember my friends, support your community, your local Firefighter department and come to Welland for a small taste of heaven.
