Wild Wing — Restaurant in Welland

Today our 1st time at wild wing welland.we were a party of 7 for fathers day. Was not sure what to expect. Was very disapointed. Upon entry it looked nice internally. We were greeted with a friendly attitude which was great. The restaurant suprisongly was not busy like most on fathers day. We soon learned why. The negative : floors in the restaurant from entry and bathrooms were very sticky and grungy. Our shoes were sticking good as we walked to and from our table. There was 5 or 6 tables the entire time we were there from entry to exit never cleaned/bussed the dishes off. We waited over 5 minutes in an almost empty restaurant for drinks to start coming to us 1 or 2 at a time for a party of 7. Then they sadly messed up my order so had to be remade which was no big deal. Mistakes happen! It took enough time 5 of the party was done by the time i got my wrap and fries. The froes were severely undercooked basically raw. Just cooked enough for a fried exterior but not fully. All in all, a terrible impression and will not be visiting again the establishment...

This restaurant was suggested my one of my friend to me and I went there with my friends for dinner. And, my overall experience was worse because firstly when we entered the server named sheena was extremely rude to us and she was looking confused and tired.All in all, we were not satisfied by the services provided to us by server because after waiting for food she exchanged our ordered food with someone else means we were unable to eat what we want over there and we got different order. After getting wrong order we come in a contact with kitchen girl and asked about server name then she told us and we also complain her about getting wrong order and asking for refund but at the end we got nothing and our whole dinner got spoiled because of bad services by...

Food was really good. Loved all the wing options. Service was great. Would have been a 4 star but they turned on music at the end that was so loud you could barely hear the server. We did ask about it and the new server was told its that loud all the time. Way too loud to have a comfortable atmosphere, especially on a Sunday night. I also need to add my fountain drink tasted like crest toothpaste. I was told I wasn't the only one who said that, that night.

As for some constructive criticism. With that amount of flavors for wings, it would be nice to be able to choose more then one flavor without having to choose a combo option. You get 1 flavor per pound whereas Buffalo wild wings you can order multiple flavors per however many...
