Subway — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

This place is great thanks to the short woman who works here. However she has recently gotten a coworker who is a complete jerk to women. The first time I came here he lectured me about when I can order breakfast even though they have all day breakfast. He informed me that it was far past the time to get out of bed. I don't need to justify why I want breakfast at a late hour it's none of his business. So I said nothing and just waited while his kind co worker, the lovely lady told him he had to make it. Then when he was done with me he surpassed the lady who's be quietly standing behind me all this time and through 2 other customers for a man who just walked in. Today his coworker offered him a helpful yup, likely in an area he was struggling with because he was in training and his response was to loudly proclaim "I know! I know! I get it already!" Like a petulant teenager as he rang in a sale. I heard this over my headphones. I refused to allow him to make my food and instead waited for the lovely lady whom is always nice and clever. Ever since the owners have been changed the place went downhill, Rude and impatient staff, they don't change gloves properly, food taste awful you the same knife over and over again even if it has same things on it from previous order, get angry with you for wanting a drink from their machine that constantly broken, give you unnecessary attitude for nothing. They don't care about efficiency, have teenagers working there who put tik tok music so loud she can't hear you and then gets mad at you after repeating her self 8 times. Food tastes awful. I've been coming here for a long time now cuz I thought that I finally found a good subway by my place, but I'm genuinely disappointed and if I could give 0 stars I would, for the unhygienic and rudeness of the staff. I was refused service and humiliated by two staff on March 29 2021. They discriminated against me and responded rudely when I asked to follow up with a manager about the service I had received; another customer came to my defence and I am grateful for that. I’ve since received a follow up call from someone who identified them self as a manager named Prency who agreed that my treatment was unwarranted and unacceptable, she apologized on behalf of the chain but offered no compensation.
