Murchie's Fine Tea & Coffee - Park Royal — Restaurant in West Vancouver

When you enter the store your engulfed with the selection of teas. There are so many to choose from and it's hard to have a favorite. I approached one of the workers and asked for their recommendation on a breakfast tea, that's when he suggested the Scottish breakfast. He asked if I like one or two bags, there's no extra charge. I'm glad I chose two, it's very lovely. On its own I put in one brown sugar and it's perfect.

Visited the store to purchase a Christmas present. I selected a basket priced 49.99. on paying I noticed the cashier charged me 69.99. when I asked about the discrepancy and if they could honour their price tag, the cashier replied "they must have updated the price in the system. I just work here sorry". Since when is that the customers problem? There was no attempt made to honour the price tag presented to the customer. I will not return and advise you check pricing on everything before...

I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. I cannot express how fantastic their customer service is, not to mention the teas. I’ve never walked out of a murchies store without being in a noticeably better mood, every employee I’ve ever met for murchies is so so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of high quality teas for great prices and even online shopping is delightful- my packages always come within days of me ordering it and I’m just so pleased to have a store like...
