It's a busy, small cafe! Dismiss some of the other reviews here, those people are entitled and don't seem to have the ability to give any grace. The door is often open because people are coming and going, I happened to sit near the door and closed it at one point when the line quieted down because I was feeling a little chilly. (It was still opened regularly and that's life) The coffee is good, no burnt milk or espresso here. I also had the croissant and it was soft and flakey, very nice. The staff are great, and service was prompt. Overall a good place to pop in for a coffee if you're on the go or to sit and sip if you're passing through. Not only was your barista unpleasant and unfriendly from the get go but when he poured my honey, I asked him to let me pour it at which point he said: if you put more honey I’m charging you for it. I found his tone and approach rude and unprofessional and frankly, it would be ridiculous to charge for an extra dash of honey when we are nearly paying 6.50$ for a small cappuccino.
