The WORST customer service I EVER experienced. I placed an order 15 mins to close and then immediately called they were able to place my order and the booster juice person working there immediately gave me attitude and was like Iâm not gonna be able to accept your order Iâm off the clock I donât have time to make this I have a store full of people ( THERE WAS ONE OTHER PERSON WHEN I ARRIVED) and proceeded to ask me if i can get a refund. I was like no it already charged through my credit card. After some back-and-forth he decided that he was going to make the order. I got to the store with one minute to close he was so rude with attitude basically slammed my smoothies on the counter and was like here you go BYE. I was gonna let go but then I thought you know why he was already giving me attitude from the beginning he wasnât nice to begin With and I was being nice I was being genuine and I was just trying to say like OK you know what I get your going to close you want to get out of here but he just keep giving me attitude. I couldnât even get a Word and then all the sudden it turned into a race issue because he was black and I am white and I am entitled as Iâm listening to that him standing there yelling at me I will never go back to this location ever again and I want everybody to know that I was basically confronted about my skin colour called entitled because he didnât want to do his job but thatâs his job...

Not a big deal, but I decided to call (an hour before the closing time that was posted on Google) to confirm if their open or closed. No one picked up. OkayyyyyyâŠso when I thought let me check when I drive by the location. And they were OPEN!! (Yay! Right?!) I go in to place my order in person about 35mins before closing. Asked for one of their fresh juices and was told, point blank: âWeâre not doing fresh juices, because we close in half an hourâ. Then I told them I tried calling to confirm their closing time. Dude says I shouldâve tried the app. I said I did, and thatâs why I called. He says to me: âOh. Yeah, sorry.â For context: the drink I wanted to order isnât even for me, it was for someone else. And this is the SECOND time Iâve received treatment like this from the same location (which is why I was trying to be intentional about my part in the matter). Theyâre inconvenient.
