I have been in this location many times and the staff is always nice, the tables are always clean and the vibe is great. Today was sort of the same, however I wanted to note something I was disappointed in. When I come into Starbucks with my kids, or even on my own, I always order something worth money, so that wasn’t an issue here, however today I ordered a venti iced matcha, which already costs an arm and a leg (but whatever, it’s Starbucks and I knew that), but my kids always get 2 iced waters with an added scoop of strawberries, which has never been an issue before and we always just paid a dollar or two per water to add it, great…however today when I asked, the (very kind) barista taking my order let me know that there were changes and it would cost me a latte price of $5 to add strawberries to my kids waters PER DRINK. She said they do have the option to “add” the strawberry inclusions but that she wasn’t allowed to do so. She then asked another barista if it was okay, and he then explained they aren’t allowed to sell it individually or something which I think is a joke. If I am paying $7+ for another drink, ontop of waters for my kids…to make them happy with a little bit of fruit to make them feel it’s a “fancier” drink without selling an organ to the black market, they should still allow inclusions into ice waters. I understand if I had only come in asking for just ice waters with strawberries but I wasn’t. Starbucks is not going to go bankrupt for throwing even a quarter scoop of inclusions into water, when I’m a paying customer. I know it’s not the end of the world, but I felt this is something to mention as honestly, the first thing my kids say to me when I gave them their waters was “are they out of strawberries?” And I had to tell them no, they just want me to pay $10 for 2 ice waters with strawberries in the cup, And even they gave me an odd look and they are 5 and 8 years old. Read moreI don`t generally write reviews - however the most pathetic experience at this location needed a review. I specifically requested for a particular beverage with whip cream and I was advised not to worry and it comes with whip cream. After about approx 6-8 min wait the beverage was ready to pick-up and I was told they are out of whip cream. (the beverage was prepared ignoring the customers preference) at this point upon getting ready to cancel the order, I had another staff approach and ask what was the issue and then she says there is whip cream (now this means the staff prepared the order either lazy or lied) and takes an empty can of cream and tries to add the cream and makes a mess of the beverage and finds another can and gets the cream on top of the beverage and at this point the ordered drink looked a mess. the staff attitude was so horrible and I would never patronize this location ever and there was no apologies but instead Lindsay(who identified as a supervisor) said have a nice day with lot of arrogance in her tone. serious staff training required!! when we got to the vehicle the both my kids refused to consume as the beverage tasted so horrible as it was a messed up drink. by the looks of the staff they think they are doing a favor to the customers and especially the Supervisor LINDSAY! Read moreI went in the drive thru today and ordered an iced coffee with almond milk , as well as cold foam. I also asked for a pup cup. The girl that took my order I am assuming she was new and was in training. When I arrived to the window and received my drink, it looked as if there was things floating around in it almost as if the milk went bad. She asked what was wrong and I said I’ve never seen an iced coffee look like this before when I order it. She made me a new one and it looked alot better but as she handed it to me , she told me I should be asking for the milk first so it gets mixed in? That does not explain why it looked like there was curdles floating around in it and she then proceeded to say she got in trouble so to make sure I order it properly next time…. I’m sorry but is it not the baristas job to know how a drink is supposed to be made ? I know she was learning and things happen but the fact she basically told me it was my fault my drink looked like that I was really disappointed.
