There was a 10 car lineup at both lines through the drive through and because i am kept waiting everytime i ask for decaf, i decided to call in my order as i was in the driver through lineup, the overnight mgr picks up says what is your order then says you need to come in for your order. cuts me off, i call again Aika coordinator picks up, says we have decaf you need to wait for your turn. I arrive at the drivethrough window and right enough i am told to wait at a #1 for my order, seems they put in the bagel when i arrive at the window, this is not done for take out orders. I tell them i waited 10 mts in line hence i was calling in my order as i had no time to wait. Aika talks to me like i am her child ok ok, not ok I am older than her. they need to listen first. then solve problems. i waited at the pick up #1, and asked the girl who picked up my calls, did not want to tell me her name, told her i can come in and find out. then mentioned Aika who was th e second girl/call. the first was an overnight mgr who cut me off, and i believe is not trained for day shifts, What! she is a manager and cant handle day shifts. Aika comes to my car and tells me we need to calm down, What!, you are at fault and you tell me to calm down. Shame on them, they need customer service training before anything never tell a passenger who is upse to calm down. This location is never ready when I try to pick up coffee early morning, they actually tell us we are not ready. It clearly says 24 hrs location.
Please hire the right people, the right people need to be in the right position during peak hours. 10 cars in both lines - 10 ppl waiting patiently when they have to get to work.

Read moreWe went to this McDonald's to celebrate a birthday just for fun. However, the whole event was a mess.
The person from which we ordered got the birthday person's order wrong not once, not twice, but three times. We were not asked if we were eathing in or taking out. Then receiving the order took forever. When we received the order, we were missing cutlery and syrups for hotcakes. When we went back to ask for those missing items, we were ignored by the staff, some of them seemed to only be standing around.
We couldn't find a clean table; when we asked for something to wipe a table with, we were faced with a blank stare from the cashier. So we tried cleaning the least dirty table ourselves, which still had stuck on food. When someone finally came, the person didn't even wipe any tables but thankfully proceeded to empty the garbage bins which were overflowing with garbage onto the floor.
And the food wasn't incredible either. The sausages from the hotcakes were undercooked. The poutine sauce was burnt or perhaps old. The chicken nuggets were dry.
I don't understand how all of the different aspects of our experience were negatively affected. Normally it could be one or perhaps two things that go wrong. But I felt like I needed to speak up about our experience because of how many different things went wrong.
I do not dislike McDonald's and, even though I worked at McDonald's as a teen, we still like eating there.
But I would strongly recommend not going to this McDonald's until they clean up their processes and/or retrain...
Read moreI have the worst experience with McDonalds. I am so disappointed with the Drive thru lady in the morning of Sept 30, 2020. I've been using rewards since it was started. I wanted to keep the rewards for a better redemption items not just for a brewed coffee. But she told me you have to redeemed it. I've been keeping it all the time but she wanted me to redeem it. 😔😔😔😔I told her I am paying for my coffee but she don't want to. I tried to ask her if she redeemed it if I can change it with latte and she don't ever wanted to change it. It gets me in a mood early morning. I love McDonalds as well as their rewards but they wanted me to redeem even I don't want to.
The day before I waited 5 minutes in first window as the drive thru lady not around there. I have to go to second window to tell them nobody is in first window
One time happens to me only first lane is moving and no one taking the second lane for order. The old man behind me is already mad. Why we are not moving.
