Every time I come to this A&W, there’s always a problem with the food or service. They will always forget to put something in the bag that you asked and paid for, like dip. The last time I was there (today), I ordered, walked to the parking lot then realized they forgot my dip so I returned with the bag just for the girl to ignore me (not helping any customers, just standing there actively looking away from me) so I spoke up and said “I just want the dip that you forgot please” so she finally got it and slid it across the counter. I guess I should have done a thorough check on my food quality because when I went back outside and opened the bag again, I realized that the sandwich was completely mangled/squished and poorly assembled. I used a coupon and had onion rings instead of fries for $1.70 upcharge. I was so disappointed, I only got about 8 onion rings 2 regular size and about 6 little tiny ones and 2 others that were cooked to a crisp, I mean they were totally inedible pieces of charcoal. And the Teen burger was pretty good except for the lettuce it was just a chunk of lettuce spine and the bit of lettuce I did get was soft and wilted. It's too bad that quality just doesn't matter anymore. And I know they just don't care...

Good place, been so many times. However I always forget about it. The new brew bar is cool. After my most recent visit on Sunday it was interesting to see lots of familiar looking staff, and thats good but can also kinda be a problem. The staff are lazy, slow, and often times dirty, they don’t show pride in the product. I strongly believe there are higher class fast food restaurants in our city, I believe A&W is one of them.
