Ordered from the location at 1070 St.Mary’s road yesterday. I ordered through the Popeye’s app and I ordered their new wings with the different flavours. I ordered 6 honey garlic, 6 honey bbq and 12 garlic Parmesan. I will first start by saying the wings are tiny. These aren’t the same size wings that would would normally get in a meal or a chicken combo. I regret not taking a picture of them. I was so pissed. They put 6 wings in a big container and when you open the container the wings doesn’t even take up as quarter of the box. I have never seen wings this small before. This location is purposely using extremely small wings for their new flavoured wings that are advertised. Also, all of the wings were spicy and then coated with sauces. Not as advertised. I Do Not recommend anyone waste their money ordering these wings. You will be highly disappointed.
——————————- UPDATE- management replied to my review asking me to get in touch with them which I did, but after not hearing back from management after my reaching out I thought I would be nice and give this location another try since being disappointed on New Years Eve. Tonight I ordered a 12 piece nuggets. I am used to ordering nuggets and tenders since they opened. This what I received tonight is a 0/10. The chunks of chicken were nice size but the batter was so oil soaked that it was barely edible. All you can taste is oil, and not fresh oil either. Nuggets shouldn’t be this brown and soaked with oil. They never used to serve nuggets or tenders like this. The last time I ordered Nuggets it looked nice like chunks of the tenders and the same color as the tenders. Not rocket science.

Read moreTerrible. Terrible service! My girlfriend and I went there together and we ordered separately as she was picking up a few more items for her parents. After I ordered and she ordered, and went to wait for our food. She mentioned to me about how the man at the register was impolite and was rushing her to pick the sauces; and forgot to give her a drink cup. When we were waiting and they called me over and mentioned how they ran out of the raspberry pie which I ordered (which is understandable) but they didn't offer me anything to replace the raspberry pies until I mentioned what else I could get instead! Then after I got my order, we were waiting for my girlfriends order, and we waited forever! After a while of waiting, they asked us "What are guys waiting for," as they forgot about our order. We waited a little longer then got called up again as they had to see what we ordered again. It took 35 minutes from after putting our order in to receive our order, and when I tried to mention something to them about this inconvenience they just pushed me along. I understand food takes time to cook, but when there is chicken behind them sitting there and it took me 35 minutes to receive it. Plus for a pandemic, I want to be in and out, not sit there for 35 minutes. I saw the manager leave for his break, and then come back and I was still waiting there! Terrible service. Read moreIt is great to have a popeyes in the neigneighborhood. I just wish the service and accuracy was as good as the food. After waiting approximately 4 minutes for each of the 4 cars in front of us(16 minutes) we were finally able to order. The drive thru speaker was difficult to understand, but everything I ordered was visible on the screen. I received my order shortly after pulling up to the window. When I got home I discovered I was missing items. I went in search of a phone number for the store, only to discover that they do not have one listed anywhere and the store is not listed on the popeyes website. I followed the instructions on the back of the receipt to leave a review, but either the information on the receipt was incorrect or the site is not set up to receive reviews from this store. The food that they remembered to put in my bag was good, but I would suggest skipping this location for now as they are extremely slow(estimate 4 minutes per car and ensure you have enough time), there was a lot of background noise from the speaker, and if your experience is like mine, you will be missing things you paid for. It would be great if they had a way to communicate these problems, but there is no contact information for this location. I might try them again if it looks like they have sorted out their problems.
