Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
Used to go to Booster Juice (not this location) for my lunch break every day. Signed my email up last year a little late to receive the free birthday smoothie, but was excited to get it this year! Never received the code. Tried explaining this to the staff at this location and they just shrugged me off. I politely asked them if there was any way to fix it, seeing as it was a mistake in their company's system not mine (I showed them the emails I did receive last year showing that I signed up). They told me it wasn't their problem. Alright. I asked if they could look into it, they used the excuse of "it's run through the Edmonton location" and that I could try emailing. Again, ok. I politely asked for an email address and they couldn't even be bothered to write it down for me. I asked where I could find it and they said "I don't know. It might be on our website." Pretty bummed out. Liked the company until this experience. It would have seriously taken them fifteen seconds to look it up for me. There were no other customers in the store.
As someone that's worked customer service for the last five years, I get it. Mistakes happen and you can't always fix them... but you should at least try to make some effort to show the customer that you care. The small stuff matters. Read moreI recently visited the Booster Juice store on June 13th at approximately 5:30 pm and ordered two juices: the Tahiti Squeeze and the Red Sunshine. As a frequent customer of Booster Juice, I have come to expect their commitment to preparing fresh juices. However, to my surprise, this particular store served me juices that were stored in plastic jugs.
While placing my order, I discovered that they did not have beetroot for the Red Sunshine juice. I requested a substitution with pomegranate, and they agreed to accommodate my request. Nevertheless, it was disheartening to witness them pouring juices from pre-made batches stored in plastic jugs. They had apple, carrot, and various other juices already prepared in these jugs, and they would simply mix them in a glass upon receiving an order.
Paying $18 for two supposedly fresh juices and receiving pre-made or stored juice was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, both juices tasted unpleasant, and the Tahiti Squeeze had excessive foam, which was not the experience I expected when purchasing a juice.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The staff member was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect smoothie based on my preferences.
Not only was the service fast and efficient, but Rakesh Ji also went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted. They even took the time to recommend some great add-ins to enhance the flavor of my smoothie. The attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out.
The juice itself was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I left the store feeling energized and happy, thanks to both the great product and the fantastic service.
I highly recommend this Booster Juice location and especially want to commend Mr Rakesh Ji for their outstanding customer service.
