CoCo Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I come every week for b/s milk tea. However, for the last month, the drink quality and service completely decreased. They were 2 staffs at night to one staff. And this staff did very slow. 3 weeks in a row, she made all wrong my favorite drink or made it worse. At first, I asked for 50% sugar, she made 100%. The second time, the b/s sugar still had the solid brown sugar at the bottom, it made the drink very sweet, and I had to throw away. The last time (June 17, 10:20 pm), she forgot one of my drink when I ordered 4. And I am speechless when I saw her put the cream into my drink which I never ask for. I am completely tired and never come back this store. If the manager can see this feedback, please review it

I had previously expressed my frustration with the drop in quality and service, but after giving the store another chance, I’m pleased to say things have improved. The staff situation has changed from one to 2-3 people, and they’re now handling orders much better. My drinks have been made correctly each time I’ve returned, and the overall experience has been more efficient. Kudos to the team for stepping up and improving the service! Keep up...

I ordered the caramel milk tea with salted cream foam. The addition of salted foam is usually my favourite part of a bubble tea, but this foam tasted poorly made. It tasted liked salty water, and I had a difficult time drinking it. I would not recommend this place. The best salted foam in the city that I have found so far is Happy Lemon, and for a high quality bubble tea in the south end of the city, I would recommend KHAB Tapioca.

EDIT: I increased the rating from 1 to 5 stars. I ended up ordering the strawberry latte and it was phenomenal and the salted foam tasted creamy and well made. So I ordered the caramel milk tea the week after and that was delicious. Then, I recently ordered the black tea with salted foam and strawberry purée and that was possibly my favourite bubble tea I have drank in a long time. CoCo is finally here! CoCo is an excellent bubble tea & juice franchise and I drank a lot when I was in Aisa. The brand new Winnipeg CoCo is cozy and spacious. When walking into CoCo you immediately appreciate how tidy it is. I also love the green plants on the floor. My favorite is the 3 Guys.Therefore, I ordered the 3 Guys and the Lemon King. They were so flavorful and super tasty as same as I had in Taiwan. Great balance of milk to tea ratio and the bubbles were chewy. It was a very busy day as there were so many customers on the opening day, but I've had a great service. The staff was very fridendly and patient with my questions. What makes CoCo even better is CoCo has its rewards(loyalty) system. Points earned can be used to reedem free drinks. Definitely the best bubble tea...
