Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

The pizza is standard for a dominos location. Over a few years of ordering here for parties, usually pickup, I've come to really dislike it. They lie about the pizza readiness state in the app; I assume that this is to fulfill some sort of quota or bonus threshold for performance times, but it is just frustrating as a customer when the app and the screen in the store both say your order is ready, and then at the counter you're told its just gone into the oven. That counter interaction can take quite a while too, as I often find myself completely ignored when I walk up to the counter. I have observed this with most other customers I've seen in the shop as well. Despite 5 people working, 2 of whom are standing in the back hallway talking to each other, customers are left standing at the counter with no greeting whatsoever. I understand if everybody working there is tied up and they ask me or another customer to hold on a minute and they'll be right with me, but that's not what happens. Instead, the staff awkwardly stare at you, but say nothing. They just look at you as you stand there. I've tried saying excuse me or hi, but they do not respond and just stare. It is a very awkward experience to be 10 feet away from three staff members who are all looking at you and yet refuse to acknowledge you in any way. Even more frustrating is when the staff are talking amongst themselves, while staring at you, yet not acknowledging or addressing you in any way.

The times my housemates have ordered delivery, it was prompt and polite. As somebody who only orders carryout, it is consistently off-putting and frustrating. This location needs some customer service training and some scrutiny from upper management on order...

My wife and I went there after out daughter's kumon assessment. From the moment we entered the store, you can immediately see the displeased look on the guys face. When asked for our order, my wife inquired if there is a special promotion. Then guy just turned around and left, went back to the area where they prepare the orders and said "Just call me when you are ready to order".

After paying, the guy asked if we want the receipt, which we replied to "yes". He only issued the credit card slip and not the actual receipt, if we do not have the actual receipt, how can we verify if anything was entered incorrectly.

When preparing our food, you can see the guy slightly toss the orders in the counter, including the ranch and said that's our order.

My wife asked if they have plates, forks and knife. From which the guy responded with annoyed tone and face "no".

When we opened the pizza, it is just mainly cheese and hardly any meet or any other toppings for the cheesy philly steak.

While eating, more people came in and ordered. You can definitely see the difference on there service when they are talking to fellow indians or white people. They handed them their orders with two hands instead of just placing it in the counter. If you belong to any other race other than the above 2, then maybe consider a different place to get your pizza.

This Domino's location is far worse than other ones I used, they consistently undercook and mess up orders, and when I have called to notify them about the mistake they instead prefer to argue with me and insist that they made it correctly,

and that there's nothing they can do about it, and will basically just say you were lying, although the other locations I have used and other pizza place chains and restaurants in general if they mess up something instead of trying to argue with you about it they will do a redo on the order or offer some form of compensation,

including other Domino's locations would redo my orders or give me a free pizza to use for later if I notify them that they messed up my order or something, but nope not this location they will never admit if they have done something wrong either that or they are genuinely delusional and can't follow simple instructions on pizza orders, ask for light sauce? Too bad you get extra sauce and if you call and tell them about it they will say they gave light sauce,

even if the pizza is overflowing and oozing sauce, if you want pizza order from a different place entirely or at least a different location but this one used to be really good but nowadays is just...
