It's so so and staff are nice but if you make an order and also use stars beware as your stars will be redeemed twice and leave you in a negative balance as I had less than 400 stars so enough to only redeem for 1 drink and still have a leftover balance. For some reason, something went wrong and I ended up at minus 11 stars even though I only ordered the one drink at the drive thru using stars.. I sent in customer service my pictures but nothing was fixed as the emails and chat are only answered by ai and robots. I also did not get my 200 stars for a promotion that I was completing which was on a second orde and i sent them pictures on that too. If you write in to customer service, within 2 days they assign you a new incident number and they don't keep any notes or previous emails you have sent in on your issue so you have to start from scratch each time. Also, their app has not worked in years as it will say it's an error. This is even after reseting your password a few times as per customer service, if you even get the password reset email as usually it doesn't come. They need to bring back the app they had before covid as that was the last time that it worked properly. Or if you log in on the website, you should be able to make orders, redeem stars, load money to your card, view your transactions and access/active any current email promotions as customer service told me 2 years ago that this would be possible and still there are no promotions or progress that you can see on the website and the other things I mentioned rarely work if you can even log in.    Read moreThe STAFF here is awesome. Super awesome. However... Starbucks... Seriously, I ordered Turkey, Provolone, Pesto and my ranking of the sandwich is about .5 stars... There is no 'stacking' of turkey and provolone... So little filling I tasted bread and pesto. I'm sure the poor person who had to make it with the allowed amounts of turkey/provolone tried to ensure coverage... But let's just call it abject failure. There was enough turkey for 1/4 of the sandwich. I thought it was odd that the sandwich wasn't cut in half, but if it had been, I would have been more acutely aware of the severe lack of turkey and provolone. There was no stacking, the toppings so thin they got lost in the bread and couldn't be seen from the outside.
Maybe upping the allowed amount of turkey on a sandwich to allow for more than a sliver of coverage would be an idea Starbucks... Also... I thank you for the 4 angled strips of roasted red peppers so that there was some of it through the sandwich.
unlike what the menu suggests as this being 'high protein' it is not.
if you actually add turkey to this sandwich, you likely could lessen the amount of pesto to cover up the severe lack of meat.
I know there was provolone because of the melting outside the sandwich to the packaging on the sides.. but not edge to edge.

   Read moreThis is a FAVOURITE location of my DaughtersđI really appreciate the friendly considerate and helpful customer service that we get here every single time for starters! Plus I really appreciate the Drive-Thru here. In fact we travel the extra distance to this specific location just for the Drive-Thru(even though it's almost always a line-up..but that's okđthey're just that good and fairly quick and convenientđ..but I don't recommend visiting here if you're in a major hurry!) So for others there is also the option of a bright sunny little summer patio outside & a nice cozy little coffe-shop 'restaurant' inside to sit, relax, chill, hang out with a good book kind of thing but with nice lighting from the windows to enhance the indoor lighting warm dark(ish) atmosphere inside. This location is high on my recommendation list. I do not give 5stars easilly.. For this place they simply on several visits have not had in stock what my girls wanted and so we've had to hold up in order to re-decide what they would like to order instead.. (Hence, I'VE learned to make them choose a back-up BEFORE I get into line.. But even still, that is the reason for my 4star rating instead of 5. Definitely try this place! I'm sure you're going...
