Pita Pit — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Worst ever experience at pita pit. I dont even write reviews but that's how disappointed I am with this experience. The service was awful I wasn't greeted when I entered or left the guy seemed very angry when I asked for my toppings for some reason wouldn't allow me to have extra cheese I would have paid for it but he said one only and I wasn't gonna argue so that was the service and the pita itself was the worst I've had I literally pulled chunks of fat out of the Steak pita I ordered and ended up throwing it out it was so gross also the did not offer to toast it as well. And again I dont write reviews ever but this place I would never suggest tone to go to. I'm not sure if just picked a bad day to go but I will never go back. Ordered through door dash. Pita was falling apart and burnt on one side. Other pita pit locations have always taken care to remove the inedible woody bits, however this one didn't - leading to an unpleasant eating experience. The salad was supposed to be the regular size, however unlike previous experience at different locations, the container was only half filled and the toppings other than lettuce were scant. The redeeming feature for the salad was that they listened to my request of hot sauce everywhere and have me a container of hot sauce along with the ranch. I do not recommend this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Two girls who closed today July 13th need to learn some service skills. Asked for a half black bean half falafel wrap. I could tell the girl was in training. She had a rude attitude while preparing the food. When I turned to go sit on my table, my partner who was already sitting there saw the rude facial expression the server made. When we approached to ask what their problem was she replied with 'If I would have had a problem, I can say it to your face. They did not apologize once and continuously blamed us.
