Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

I ordered a pizza yesterday for home delivery. After waiting for 1 hr when i checked the status it said delivered, however when i checked my door there was no pizza . We checked outside but nothing so we called them , first there was some wait time , then the customer care agent said wait for 5 mins as the promised window still had 5 mins left when i said it shows delivered he kept saying your delivery window still have 5 more mins left so i hung up waited for another 10 mins . We also have security cameras so we checked noone came to deliver, called them again , then they checked and said pizza was delivered 27 mins ago , advised them we didn’t receive it , he said he will check with the store , then mentioned store said it was delivered to the right address and a young man came out to take the order , however i ordered the pizza for my 60 years old dad and there was no young man at home to take the order which i mentioned to them they repeatedly said the driver said it was delivered to the right address, then the call dropped, and they left us a voicemail saying nothing can be done as driver said it was delivered, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO TRUST , NO PROOF THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO OUR ADDRESS !! After 1-2 hours our neighbours knocked our door and asked if we ordered pizza as it was delivered to their home . IT WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT WHO DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS , and STORES FAULT WHO DIDNT NOT CHECK PROPERLY AND MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE LYING . $20-$30 compensation is nothing and noone will lie and spent so much time on phone to get just little compensation. POOR...

I would give it zero stars if that was a possibility due to the fact that I went there yesterday evening for a vegetarian pizza slice and they did not have any. When I asked the female employee if they would be making more and that I would happily wait, she responded by saying ‘NO’ and walked away. At this point I decided to purchase their garlic dipping sauce and going to another pizza store down the road. They refused to sell me TWO garlic dipping sauces and stated that I would have to purchase a minimum 5 of them (since when is this a policy!?). At this point I decided to leave the store and got in my vehicle only to find out that the back driveway that loops around the building was blocked by one of their employees and you would have to reverse back out on to Dundas Street (in case of a fire, is it ok to block a fire route?)

To sum this all up, this place has horribly taken a downward dive through bad employee demeanour, customer service and awful management. Being a resident of Woodstock for over 15 years, I have been to this location multiple times but it seems as if it’s a bad experience every time. Perhaps, last nights experience has forced me to boycott this location for good.

I did end up getting a good pizza from Dominos and their customer service was top notch. May be your employees should go work there for a day and learn some real customer service skills. With respect to the management team, your coaching towards the staff needs to be improved or they will absolutely bring down...

Update # 2. I was really hungry after work Sunday so I figured I'd stop in and grab a chicken sandwich and once again it was was the rude ignorant girl working. I asked for a little extra mayo politely and she said ok. So I get my order and take it home open my chicken sandwich and it was DRENCHED in mayo. Literally top and bottom bun completely DRENCHED in mayo. Un edible! Nobody in their right mind would do that to someone's food! And management says she's their best employee. Management completely refuses to do anything about their night shift crew and their disrespectful behavior on the night shift. I will be contacting pizza pizza franchise head office to give them pictures of food I received and a video I took during covid restrictions of the rude girl and her supervisors behavior making food while they were supposed to be following covid guidelines by wearing masks in kitchen a few months back. Let's see what they think since the actual store Management refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. UPDATE!!!! PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL FAST!!! Most of the staff are very ignorant, especially at night. Quality of food has gone down big time. Very disappointed in managements response to my concerns.
