BEWARE DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!! A confirmed party is not really confirmed at this place!
We booked a birthday party for the beginning of January in mid November. Before ordering invitations I called to confirm the date and time was confirmed as I hadn't received a follow up call to ask for a deposit like it asks for online. The man who answered the phone said they do not take deposits and the party is confirmed.
Yesterday, I received an EMAIL not even a phone call from a person named Stevie - who said the party was cancelled at the confirmed day/time as they had a glitch in their system and they would allow me to move the party for a weekday the week before - when parents are back to work!!! When I called and explained that the party was confirmed November 25 with a man who worked there and that we are unable to change the date due to us expecting our second child shortly after and having already ordered the invitations she said she had no solution and they can cancel the party since they contacted me a month prior! And the man who confirmed the party is only part-time so he doesn't know?
I'm left with a very disappointed almost 4 year old and having to contact all invitees to explain the party is cancelled and a warning about the management at Jax Jungle!!
I asked to speak with the owner and Stevie said he will not be contacting me for over a month? Seriously?! We certainly will not be returning to this place going forward.

There was never a phone call prior to the email received, please check your phone records. I would be happy to provide mine to you.
Regarding the "threatening" response your "manager" felt, is far from the truth. Conflict resolution training and management skills are clearly lacking here.
When I called to confirm the party the "conflict"would have been obvious, if there was one. Excuses and lies are not the way to justify yourself given the situation. Trying to justify the poor service and placing blame on a customer is bad business practice.
As of December 31, there has still been no follow up from the owner of this establishment.

It always stinks first of all, second of all their website says they sanitize every 30 minutes and absolutely do not. We’ve been there for hours before with no sanitation, and my daughter always ends up sick after going here. I have personally wiped off baby puke from some of the foam blocks and bouncer animals. Thirdly and most important, the staff never ever pays attention. The front area is for kids 0-3 and every single time i’ve been there, there’s been bigger kids coming and going from that area with no care or aware of small kids around, and the staff just sit there on their phone. Last time I was there, there were about 4 older kids there, bringing every play thing up onto the ramp that my child tripped over multiple times, they tried to block her in on the slide with these items, no other parents or staff had anything to say, it’s an open area so not like they couldn’t see or hear me shouting no, I personally had to talk to them 3 times before they eventually left. As they left they started throwing these items down the ramp, no matter if little kids were trying to climb it, one item smacked another young child right in the face and knocked her over, on the ramp, which again could’ve been very dangerous. another older child in there was trying to go down the slide behind and with younger kids without permission (grabbing onto their stomach scooched up right close to them). This same child shoved my child right where the ramp was which could have been very dangerous. I had to talk to and parent other peoples kids more than I can count because absolutely nobody else was...
Read moreWent there cause it's raining with my 18 month old and my 5 year old. Bought them drinks, they got thrown out got replacements sat at table and wold told the table is booked for a party. If you have one table in your entire establishment either close it to thr public for a private event or allow people to sit there. Never going back, not workers fault poor business decisions. Drive to London instead @jaxjungle: if you're answer is to use the seating along then wall where older kids are running in and out of the play area that's not helpful. My 18 month old got ran into at full speed by a 9 year old, that area is not safe for younger kids. It also makes a 19 month old want to go in the bigger kid play area and causes more stress on parents. Because now, I have no table to pit the drink I'm wrestling my toddler to stay with me and keep her safe and she's getting run over. If the location is the issue than get a bigger one or close it down for a private event. Your set up is not safe for little kids with the front not being...
