Appalling service! We were seated and given drinks immediately before waiting 30 minutes to order food despite asking staff if we could order three times. After we ordered we waited another 45 minutes before asking how long our food would be only to find out they had mucked up our order. Another 15 minutes later we asked the person who appeared to be in charge when we might see some food. He went off to the kitchen for a few minutes before returning to the bar and not providing us with any update. We waited 5 more minutes before asking to pay for our drinks as we wanted to leave. Absolutely appalling customer service, we were waiting nearly one hour with still no food. No apologies from the nasty, hostile, unprofessional, surly, gruesome, Spanish speaking manager with a total lack of organisational abilities and a kitchen with no apparent order of service time skills. Several later arrivals had starters and mains eaten whilst we had nothing, No apologies...never dealt with such a rude abhorrent manager. Order was simple grilled fish that any other restaurant can serve quickly, especially when not very busy. In addition greedily, and in most places illegally, selling and charging for 330ml beer, but serving 250ml. The cocktails and the starters were good, but that was it. It took two hours for our food to arrive. The food was just normal. Nothing extraordinary that required two hours of preparation! We were starving by the time the food got to us. And no apologies or explanations from the staff. Also, they offered us bread and butter that we did not order but they said that it was free and by then we were starving so we took it. But when we got the bill, they had charged us six euros for the three cold rolls with butter. and then they were angry with us when we questioned them about it. such an odd experience.
