RELAX — Restaurant in Sal

I was recommended this place by a local while walking in the tourist area and thankfully I trusted his judgement.

This place offers a buffet where you pay by the weight of your plate. Of course when you say “buffet” you think old food with no flavor. That is not the case here!

The food was fresh and flavorful, thery have a spicy chili oil on the table that kicks the flavor to the next level! The staff were all smiles and happy to explain the food.

I went back the next day hoping for a similar buffet however on that day there was no buffet. I would like to know the hours of the buffet so...

This used to be a great place, when run by elderly women. Now a younger man has taken over and you will need to be careful using a card for payment here. He overcharge costumers, me over 70%. Blamed his calculator, but even when supposed to be giving me the change back in cash, he is not capable of doing it correctly. I decided that the 1000 cve he can keep and I instead tell all of you how it is. Oh, and the food was better before. Sad we lost the old place. My home far from home. It's a small, self-service, family-run restaurant where your food is weighted. One (exceptionally delicious) plate with grilled fish / couscous / potatoes and green beans and carrots cost me less than 5 euros. Fresh fish. Exactly. Cooked and seasons to perfection.
