I regret to say that my recent dining experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. The unwelcoming service left a sour taste in my mouth from the moment I walked in, and things only went downhill from there.

To start with, I found pieces of plastic in my drink, which was incredibly concerning. To make matters worse, I then discovered a hair in my drink as well as in an empty cup on the table. It's difficult to describe just how unappetizing and unsanitary this was, and it was a struggle to maintain my appetite after these discoveries.

Even the staff's demeanor was disappointing. The waitster was wearing headphones while taking my order and serving my food, which made me feel like an inconvenience. The server also rolled their eyes when I asked for more sugar in my caipirinha, which was an extremely off-putting attitude.

The food itself was also far from impressive. The quality was low, and the fries tasted as though the oil had been reused numerous times. To add to the issues, there was even a bug in my rice, which I brought to the attention of the waiter. However, the server was dismissive and didn't acknowledge my concern, let alone offer any apology for the situation.

Lastly, the maionese tasted off, which was a huge disappointment as it is one of the simplest items on the menu.

I wish I could say that my visit to this restaurant was enjoyable, but it was far from it. The overall service was cold and the quality of the food was abysmal.

Our waiter, identifiable by her tattoos on her forearm, was completely disinterested and even rolled her eyes when we asked her for sugar. This was just the beginning of a series of unfortunate events.

The food and drinks we were served were utterly disappointing. One of my friends found a piece of plastic in their drink, and there was a strand of hair in mine. To top it off, we discovered a bug in another friend's dish. When we brought this to the waiter's attention, she was dismissive and showed no concern.

The quality of the food was no better. The meat was overcooked, likely because we weren't even asked how we would like it to be cooked. The mayonnaise served with our meal was out of date, and the fries tasted like they had been cooked in oil that had been reused multiple times.

Lastly, we noticed the same waiter using her phone while cooking, as if our presence was an interruption to her important call. This lack of professionalism and disregard for hygiene standards was the icing on the cake of a truly terrible dining experience.

The Worst Dining Experience of My Life

I recently visited Saloon Snack Bar and it was hands down the worst dining experience of my life. The moment we walked in, the customer service was incredibly unwelcoming, like they didn't want to serve us.

Despite the poor customer service, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped the food would be nice, but it was terrible. The steak was so dry we could hardly cut through it, and they didn't ask how we wanted it cooked. The chips were even worse; they tasted like they were fried in very old oil. I couldn't even finish half a bite.

The hygiene standards were appalling too. The glass that was brought over for water had a hair on it, and it was greasy like it hadn't been washed properly.
