I hate to say it but Milk was just ok. There was only one staff member taking orders and payment and then making each drink. The wait was about ten minutes to order with the line was out the door and the coffee drinks were ok. Nothing terrible but not the quality of some of the other shops close by. A small coffee shop with a lot of character. The menu is simple, the coffee delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, giving a welcome kiss or handshake to every customer. He even entertained me practicing my Spanish as I ordered. There are a few seats outside that give the place both a rustic and nature ambiance. De los mejores cold brew que he probado en Santiago

Llegamos casi a 15 minutos del cierre, ya no alcanzamos a pedir café filtrado, nos vamos por las opciones de siempre (un espresso y un latte) y aquí nos llamó la atención algunos nombres de la carta de café que pueden llevar a confusiones, pero la atención de Alison muy acertada nos explica todo y terminamos el pedido añadiendo un cold brew y aquí me gustaría enfatizar que, es uno de los mejores que he probado en Santiago. Un blend de granos de Brasil con toques frutales y florales que combina a la perfección con la profundidad de los traídos de otra finca en Colombia, en fin podría escribir mucho sobre esto y no es la idea tampoco. Estaba increíble.

Se nota que hay un estilo muy definido en la propuesta, muy desarrollado y muy acertado, desde el diseño hasta la barra. Me llama la atención que en el caso de la terraza, el espacio se siente como si fuera otro lugar y no Milk.
