Quotidien Bistro — Restaurant in Las Condes

We decided to spend the Xmas Eve at Quotidien Bistro (which belongs to the hotel DoubleTree by Hilton), since we were informed that few places would be open for dinner in Santiago. However it was one of the worst experiences we had in our entire lifes.

We arrived at 9:30pm and till 11:00 pm, we have just a entree and drinks ... The waiter avoided to come to our table all night long and literally ran away all the time we would call him. My wife had to went to the counter to understand what was happening. The waiter and attendants said that the kitchen was busy and that we should be patient ... The funny thing is that, at 11:00 PM, the restaurant was almost empty ... Probably he thought we did not belong to that place or we did not have money.

The worst thing was not the posture of the waiter but the attendants at the counter (yes ... we had to go to the counter afterwards to pay the bill ...).

We went to Chile especially to celebrate Xmas and apart from this lack of sensitivity of the restaurant and Double Tree by Hilton, we were treated very well by everyone in everywhere we went. People from Chile are very polite...

The food at this place is so good, I mean I dont know what this chef/cook is doing here or owise, I would like to know if he/she has own restaurant??? Had to stay here for a few weeks due to Covid and oh boy Im so glad I tried almost every dish on the menu. Merluza, Reineta, THe salmon, the Chupe omg, even the chicken which im tired to eat was prob in the top 3 of all. Please come. Is not the cheapest, and the menu is sometimes limited but every dish is so worth it. On wines you dont have to do anything, just order a glass of what you feel, go for the cheapest or most expensive (max 2 usd diff) and you are good to go. Amazing food. Good temperature, perfect cooking / taste....

I recently dined at Quotidien Bistro that served an excellent salmon pad thai made with flavorful salmon from Chile. The dish was perfectly cooked and the sauce was a great balance of sweet and savory. The server was also very friendly and made great recommendations.

In addition to the delicious food, the ambient of the restaurant was also top-notch. The decor was modern and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. It was the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family.

I highly recommend the salmon pad thai at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere...
