P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Las Condes

After visiting their restaurant in Parque Arauco a couple of months ago and being reasonably satisfied, we decided to give this one a try. It's in what used to be, and would have been better to have remained, a Starbuck's. I give it 2 stars rather than 1 only as it is somewhat better, or at least different from, the thousands of Chinese establishments blighting the Santiago landscape with the Carne Mongoliana, etc. The service was OK. The food would be thrown out in any decent Chinese establishment in places like Vancouver or San Francisco. It appeared to have been cook at some time previous - in the morning?... the day before - and warmed up a bit to serve. A prawn dish actually had warm prawns mixed with cold pineapple and some kind of creamy warm sauce that would have been a mystery to the Chinese. The Spicy Green Beans looked as if they'd been lying around for a few days before cooking and leaving on a warming tray for a few hours. The Kung Pao Chicken had multiple pieces stuck together languishing in a lukewarm sauce. Avoid...

Acabo de ir al local de Isidora, al cual voy a menudo, llevándome un muy mal rato. Partiendo porque al pedir para beber, el Garzón nos indica que ya no tienen refill las bebidas. Al traer los vasos uno con hielo para la bebida, me percato que el vaso está sucio con restos comida y marcas de rougue. Lo encontré asqueroso. Luego al pedir las cosas para comer le pregunto si el arroz tenía “refill” como antes, a lo que me responde que no, que solo viene uno por plato, haciendo una sátira de que muchas cosas han cambiado con la pandemia, incluido arroz) al Discutirle un poco esto, finalmente dice “bueno si quieren les traigo una porción más” (la cual nunca llegó) Los platos bien solo que un poco fríos, y el chang spicy chicken un poco seco (el de el parque arauco tiene más salsa). Finalmente como nos faltaba arroz (solo nos llevaron 2 porciones) decidimos pedir otro aunque lo cobrasen, ya que el dijo que nos llevaría nunca fue, le pedimos al mismo Garzón y nunca nos llevó el arroz, finalmente nos comimos lo que quedaba sin arroz. Tampoco habían otros garzones que nos atendieran. Al momento de pedir la cuenta se acerca otro Garzón llamado Luis, el cual fue el único que nos atendió bien, ademas que fue el único que pidió disculpas por la mala atención de su compañero, y ademas el nos informa que la reposición de arroz sigue siendo gratis, no como nos había dicho el otro Garzón que además de decir que ahora había que pagarlo jamás lo llevó. Una lástima que una tan mala atención pueda arruinar un buen local. Nuevamente gracias...

Very bad experience. Please be very careful. We were not very happy with the service and did not add any tip. We paid by debit card. As soon as we left, apparently a very large value transaction was done on the card. With 3 unsuccessful attempts the card pin was blocked. This will inconvenience me. Nobody else other than restaurant staff could have done these transactions. The waitresses were almost demanding tip, and when it was denied,we got a bad experience....
