Estoy sentada en "La excelente pizzería", no pude dejar pasar más tiempo para expresar lo que fue esta experiencia, no me aguanté. Acá estoy, dando mi opinión de este lugar. Desde que entré sentí el cariño y el trabajo dedicado al arte que hacen en esta cocina. Viví un trato cercano y cálido, es definitivamente un ambiente en el que me quedaría todo el día. Acerca de las pizzas, me quedo sin palabras. Benjamín, Hans y equipo hacen las pizzas más ricas que he probado en toda mi vida. Aquí sentada junto a otro futuro gran chef, al ver la masa me queda claro el trabajo que hay detrás de este exquisito resultado y para qué decir al probarla. El día de hoy me he enamorado una vez más de los lugares íntimos a los que puede llegar la cocina. Una excelente experiencia.

De las mejores pizzerías en Santiago y no exagero. La masa increíble y las opciones de la carta son realmente interesante, el sábado probé las otros y hoy nos arriesgamos con la pizza de jalapeño, stracciatella y pomelo, realmente un acierto. El balance sabores ácido, picante, salado, amargo y dulce, combinado con la textura cremosa de la starcciatella la convierten en una combinación perfecta. Además destacar que el local es hermoso y se nota mucho la preocupación en esos detalles, y el servicio es 10/10, muy atentos y simpáticos. Si o si se convirtió en mi lugar favorito del barrio

My family and I visited this pizzeria last night and it was such a great experience. The chefs were so welcoming and friendly, and our waitress couldn’t have been more helpful.
