Tachi — Restaurant in Providencia

This place is heaven on earth I mean for Asians like me🤭. This is my 2nd time because obviously when the food is good, you’ll definitely comes back for more🤭🤭🤭. This time we brought our Japanese Friend Hiro to try the Phad Thai and if we could rate it to a thousand Stars, we already did😍.

My favorites: ❤️ Bao Pan (Taiwanese Gua Pao) it has always been since my HK and Singapore days. Only here in Tachi Asian Street Food where i found the authentic taste of Bao Pan. ❤️ Phad Thai - tried a lot of Asian restaurants here but at Tachi’s the best of the best! ❤️ RAMENNNN - Is heaven😍😍😍! ❤️ Fried Rice with Pork Siomai - it taste like Kimchi Fried Rice. Very Delicious ❤️

Customer Sevice is Good, free tea was served while waiting for our order. Very Amiable service crew❤️

Place super accessible and just a 5 to 8 minutes walk from Costanera Center and a block away from Metro Los Leones!

I am Asian.. and its hard to find authentic Asian food here in Chile. Usually they kinda stand as authentic on the first few months then they adjust it to the "Chilean Taste" which I hope they won't do. Of course the taste is different from the usual food here that is why it's called "authentic". I tried their Bao ban and steamed dumplings. My friend had fried rice with Spring rolls and it was all GOOD! Their crib is nice and clean. Service is good, staff were friendly. A bit on a pricy range. Local cumple lo que promete! No sé cómo será la comida callejera koreana en Korea, pero elijo creer que es muy similar a lo que ofrecen en Tachi, igual de sabrosa y rica.

Pedimos harto plato porque son cosas pequeñas, que funcionan bien mezcladas y los precios apañan mucho. La brocheta de pollo era lo más fome según mi pololo (yo no como ese tipo de carne) y resultó imprescindible, pero el resto de las opciones no defraudaron. Pedimos unos “rice cake” que son unas masitas de arroz algo elásticas, pero demasiado bien sazonadas y con una salsa deliciosa y con la cuota justa de picante. Además, unos anillos de calamar bien apanados y con la misma salsa, que además del picor tiene un toque dulce. Buenos también, pero más clásicos.

Lo que se ganó mi corazón fue el corndog koreano, que era un GRAN trozo de queso apanado DELICIOSO. El panko estaba perfecto, la mozarella derretida por dentro y costaba comerlo porque era gigante, pero valió la pena la “ensusiá de dedos”, me los chupetié enteros.

La atención fue un siete, se demoraron como 15 minutos en servirnos los platos y estaban muy bien montados.

Al ambiente le pongo cuatro estrellas porque está en una calle muuuy transitada como Nueva Providencia, entonces es bien ruidoso, pero al final, solo un detalle. Feliz vuelvo a probar los...
