Terrible service and overrated pizza. The owner — I believe was the owner, with frame glasses and a hat on— couldn’t add up 6 pizzas and two tacos. 7 of us paid separately and he charged us for an extra pizza and then complained that we didn’t have ourselves organized. Because of a simple mixup he said “don’t come back” to a group of international people from Australia, United States, Greece , Austria Portugal and Taiwan as if that will be good for business…. The pizza tasted like plastic, the artesanal beer tastes terrible, and they didn’t even bring the fries we ordered for an appetizer. they treated us at the end as if we were a loud and rowdy crowd when all we wanted to do was get a good meal...

Firstly, they have a delicious pizza with a nice variety of ingredients, so you can easily make your pizza a veggie one. Then, they have a rather small nice selection of beers. I recommend the Austral Calafate beer, produced in Punta Arenas. You will love it. Additionally, given that the place is is not big, and has wood interior, you feel cozy and warm. Finally, the trademark of Puerto Natales: You get to know people from different countries while sharing a nice pizza and beer, which I personally find priceless. Totally recommend...
