SHEUEN PATAGONIA — Hotel in Puerto Natales

Hands down this is the best hostel that actually operates like a hotel. It is extremely safe. I stayed here for two nights before pursuing the Classic W Trek and one night after finishing. On all occasions the room was only for you, this is not a hostel so no room sharing or dormitory style room - and the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower always had hot water. Breakfast was wonderful with an abundant selection to choose from yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal/granola, eggs cooked, bread (white or whole wheat), hot water for tea. Best of all it was less than 5 minutes from the bus station by taxi and close to several stores for a bakery or supermarkets. It was also about a 15 minute walk to the Town Square for restaurants or the Main Street for retail stores.|If I find myself ever coming back I would not hesitate to book a room in advance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - bring a small Spanish/English dictionary for those rare occasions when a word choice would bridge any gap, but they do use...

Spent the last week here. Service was fantastic. The hotel and area felt very safe. Staff very friendly from restrauant recommendations to any needs. We ended up eating at every restrauant they recommended which were great! Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was included. The staff made us fresh scrambled eggs every morning and there were numerous other options to eat. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the “center” of town. FYI they have a 4th floor spacious room with awesome views, good internet, and a bar like area that guests can use, pretty good place to hang out or work. Only issue was the in room Wi-Fi could get weak, but in the common rooms it was fine. We used their laundry service. No question, I’d stay...

Our company Adland Tours is travel agent from Australia who runs boutique tours to South America. It is particularly important to us that we find places for our guests that we can be excited about. ||Shuen hostel is much more than the name might suggest. Its a cute small hotel. The rooms are classy and modern and the facilities are great. ||BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE STAFF ARE JUST WONDERFUL. ||We had a last minute problem with a bus from Puerto Natales to Puntas Arenas and not only did the staff jump right on helping us make a new booking - they even drove one of our business partners down to the bus station and helped organise new tickets. ||We know we will be using this place again every time we are here...
