Wonderful dining experience, started with Pisco sours. Delicious, good to savour slowly throughout the meal. We had the mixed ceviche to share with salmon, calamari and octopus. The salmon especially was a delight, tender and almost melting in the mouth. It came with white corn nibs and crunchy bbqd corn. The portion was large, good for sharing. For mains we had arroz con mariscos. Seafood included pescado, pulpo, camarones. Rice had a lobster sauce. Second dish was tuna medallion with four cheese sauce and hammered potatoes. The tuna was cooked perfectly with light sear and pink inside. The sauce and potatoes complemented it well. This restaurant is just another one of the many Peruvian spots you’ll find in Valparaíso, and unfortunately, the 'Ceviche' falls short. I also ordered the 'Papas a la Huancaina,' and it was disappointing. The dish only had a few potato wedges, which was far too little for the price, and the taste was pretty mediocre overall.
