Kapura — Local services in Valparaíso

The view is good and drinks, pisco sours we enjoyed but the service is very slow and both times we wanted to order we had to go look for someone, nobody came to the table, just standing looking at his phone. Food is mediocre, though my partner said the garlic prawns were good. Bean burger was bland and lacked spices and seasoning, there was one dessert, a crème brûlée that we spotted in the fridge pre made from god knows when, were obviously microwaved and looked like scrambled egg where it had curdled at the bottom. I won’t say much about the food, because I guess it goes a lot with standards - so I just hope the tuna ceviche was fresh as it looked, although not enough tender. The issues were 1) coming back from the restroom and seeing my food at the table (outdoor) already waiting for me, and 2) finding soil in the greens used for decorations, which I flagged at the end of the meal. The experience here was a mess: I was with my husband there and I found a bug in the salad that I order. The administrator came and apologize us, saying that next dish for me will be for free. I decided order another dish. When we requested the bill, lady apologized again and said that they I сan't do anything. So we have to pay for salad with bug, which I didn't eat and for new dish....
