火锅其实最最重要就是【锅底】，不然再新鲜的菜肴吃起来味同嚼蜡。锅底78，确实偏贵，不过吃到最后就觉得物有所值。中辣很合适，锅底完全没有吃出味精味，盐味也放的很少。一直到最后锅底始终如初，鲜香醇厚，煮菜不会发苦发咸，喉咙也舒服，没有卡油的感觉，身上火锅味很淡。综合来看应该不是地沟油回收油，也没有加飘香剂。 第一次这么认真说了锅底，菜品都很新鲜，价格偏贵一点点，不过分量足。推荐【挂面鸭肠】22，看得出鸭肠的纤维，肠壁粉嫩，烫出来很爽脆。【郡花】【毛肚】【酥肉】都很不错～ 点了一碗【黑糖豆花】10，第一次发现甜甜的冰镇豆花这么美味，豆花相当嫩，吃了火锅再...
