WFC is pretty much like every other towers which showcases the top views of the cities both during day time and night time.
Pros:
Quite a nice view during night time when everything lights up and showcases the whole city with its LEDs and etc
Location is very good as being the city centre so everything is within reach for shopping, dining and etc
Cons (Lots):
Toilets are not frequently clean during peak times
The whole area (indoor and outdoor) is quite small in comparison to other towers' open view (as compared to KL Towers, Shanghai Towers and other notable towers), totally not worth the money (RMB 158 = taken by our Chinese Tour Guide)
Too few sitting areas with chairs, it is quite inconvenient for those with mobility difficulties as there are too few proper chairs (only available in cafes and most are occupied), and the edges for which people sits are very low which also inconveniences elderly people
The Photos sessions are too fast without preparations and some of our groups' photos came out blurry
The Lift situation is confusing (going up/down the top and bottom requires changing lifts in the middle) which I found to be a design flaw in the tower and very unorganized when lining up to use the lifts
Most critical: The people working at the photo reception/collection points are very VERY RUDE. Our group was browsing the photos and was deciding on the value and necessity of the photos (the price, quality and etc), but the workers then asked us: are you Filipinos? or Singaporeans or Malaysians? which we answered Malaysians. Then they gave us a rather rude look like we are poor people unable to afford the photos which really ticked me off.
Hey, you are just a worker and you provide this kind of service? We paid to travel to Chongqing and visit this tower and it is our decision whether to spend our money on your awful services. If you don't like foreigners, then DON'T WORK IN TOURISM!
Just the last point alone would defer me from recommending WFC to anyone, why should we be ridiculed when WE ARE paying for the experience? There are better towers in China alone than...
