重庆洲际酒店 — Hotel in Chongqing

Wonderful Stay! I am most grateful for the courteous staff and beautiful condition of the property. The hotel feels alive and is situated in the perfect location. The magic of the city is at your disposal in walking distance. The hotel is elegant and so are it's guests. Everyone I met was interesting and just as pleased with the hotel as I was. The restaurants are fantastic and the gentleman/manager in the breakfast cafe is especially friendly and engaging - he really made each morning that much more enjoyable. Usually when I'm staying at a luxury property, the General Managers are hidden away in their offices out of site but Ms. Fraser went out of her way to greet me and clearly spent a lot of time ensuring that the hotel was running at peak performance. We were holding a small program and they accommodated our group and budget - above and beyond. The meeting spaces and food service were top notch. My personal suite was above and beyond my expectations, featuring a guest bathroom in the foyer, spacious living room, and master bedroom with a unique bathroom concept that I absolutely loved. Great location, walking distance to the heart of Chongqing, Jiefangbei. Also minutes from the river side attractions Chaotianmen and Hongyadong. Nice view of the city and rivers on the higher floors. Surrounded by food and shopping it almost hard to decide what to do next. Rooms show some wear to furniture but...

I stayed here a few years ago. It was so convenient because it was in the center which made everything accessible. But I felt like the service wasn’t as good as other intercontinental hotels. I especially thought the breakfast buffet was very noisy and rushed. I hope the service is...
