The best char sui I've had that used a leaner cut of meat and not relying on an overly fatty cut to dial up the flavour.

Peking duck was also phenomenal, paired with a not too sweet hoisin-type sauce and a very delicate crepe pancake.

Mapo tofu also great. A good amount of heat and a delicate yet firm tofu.

Sesame balls with egg custard also a fantastic dessert to finish off. The osmanthus coconut pudding is pretty but nothing much going on with the dish unless you're a big fan of coconut.

The breakfast offering is much the same with good dishes all round. Though the youtiao fried dough sticks were on the drier and tougher side...

Inconsistent food standards. We had dinner twice in a row. First night the roasted pork was served sizzling hot, even the plate was hot. The skin is crispy and nice. The next night we ordered it was served cold oily and greasy, worst roast pork we have eaten. The dumpling soup is bad, dun order. The roasted goose was okay. Was coming from the north entrance and the casino employee said red8 is located in the gambling area so we cannot go in because we had a child. Yet I see photos taken by clients showing kids, so we are clearly misguided. Ended up going to another restaurant at Galaxy where families are...
