The best char sui I've had that used a leaner cut of meat and not relying on an overly fatty cut to dial up the flavour.
Peking duck was also phenomenal, paired with a not too sweet hoisin-type sauce and a very delicate crepe pancake.
Mapo tofu also great. A good amount of heat and a delicate yet firm tofu.
Sesame balls with egg custard also a fantastic dessert to finish off. The osmanthus coconut pudding is pretty but nothing much going on with the dish unless you're a big fan of coconut.
The breakfast offering is much the same with good dishes all round. Though the youtiao fried dough sticks were on the drier and tougher side...
