Morpheus — Hotel in Cotai Landfill Zone

We came here to celebrate my birthday and we had a wonderful time. This is our second stay, and we booked the Premium King Loft for 2 nights. The hotel and the room look as stylish as we remembered. Even though a few years have passed, everything inside the room appears brand new. ||What we appreciate most is their attention to detail. There was a “Happy Birthday” message on my key card, which was a lovely surprise. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even replenishing the fruit basket twice during our short stay. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was enjoyable. The staff member remembered our preferences when taking our orders on the second morning, which was impressive. In fact, everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was courteous and friendly while providing outstanding service.||We had dinner at Alain Ducasse, and it is definitely one of Macau’s top dining experiences. Food was amazing as expected. We were offered a tour of the wine cellar and they even arranged our dessert course to be served at the Chef’s table. A decadent chocolate soufflé for my birthday was presented alongside the regular dessert from the menu. It was a memorable evening. ||Yi, the Chinese restaurant, offered another not to be missed culinary experience. The sea cucumber course on the seasonal menu was remarkable. We also stopped by the bar at L’attitude before our dinner at Yi, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and a pleasant chat with the bartender. ||While there are many hotels to choose from in Macau, we believe we will return to Morpheus for the luxurious accommodation, extraordinary hospitality and amazing Michelin...

I would rate it 6 stars if I could! The design, the environment, the people, the service are just so great! I stayed a night for the anniversary and I could've stop appreciating it for it's everything. Roses were prepared in room before we checked in. Everything in the room indicated that the designer was so thoughtful. We could bath comfortably in the large bath tub watching the TV. There were 2 sinks in bathroom which brought us extra convenience. A jewelry box was provided in safe to hold the rings and other jewelleries in place. We booked with the spa experience including the Club Lounge access which were definitely worth as both were excellent! The spa was definitely world class that we were so re-energized after that. The spa room was huge and the path from the spa reception to the spa room was decorated with Nordic design. The Club Lounge was so convenient to maybe just grab some snacks or have a drink (non alcoholic apart from the evening happy hour). An afternoon tea in the Voyages by Alain Ducasse was included by the Club Lounge access which was definitely a plus. In addition to the afternoon tea, we also had dinner in the Voyage by Alain Ducasse. As a first time visitor, we tried the tasting menu plus onion soup and french fries. I am an old tourist who has traveled around the world and stayed in many top hotels. When we first entered the grand lobby, looking at the bustling guests, we felt that it was so busy that no one would take us to the room. But in fact, the thoughtfulness they provide is even more heartwarming. I forgot my mobile phone at the Hengqin Port in Zhuhai. Because the pass was only signed once, I couldn't get it through the port.
